“This poke is a class above all of the other shops, even in Hawaii. I think what makes them stand out is their sauces - every poke shop these days has good fresh tuna, but the flavors on this are just so good. The cucumbers are also a favorite of ours.“

“Delicious poke place, a bit pricey. Fresh fish, loads of options, friendly staff. One of the best places in the riviera village now, IMO.

The large is quite large. (See photo). You can get away with a regular. Avocado is, indeed, extra. Otherwise, unlimited toppings.

Price is pricey, probably upwards of 25 including tax. Go smaller to save. TBH the price is reasonable for the area, whole village gets expensive.

Flavor — can’t go wrong with salmon, tuna, scallop. It’s riviera village, so parking gets bad over the weekend. I try to park in a residential area near the village.“

“Amazing spot!!! The salads are unique and tasty. Not like your traditional salads. They offer fun and healthy ingredients. I highly recommend the Barrenjoey Salad. So much flavor!!! They also have vegetarian options and they also serve poke.

I hand over to her a $20.00 bill to finish my order and correct changes. She admitted she had mistakenly rung the transaction of funds incorrectly. “My boyfriend and I were visiting Venice beach for the first time and we were looking for something filling and fresh. We first walked by this little shop and it was a little hard to find due to the store being inside the Gingerbread court but it was well worth it!! We were going to get 2 spicy bowls but the owner recommended we do the lomo bowl and the spicy tuna bowl. GREAT recommendation!! We will be going back when we visit again. Great food, great service and a beautiful spot to eat peacefully. Definitely recommend! (No pictures of the food we ate it super fast)“

“I love the poke here. They have several options a for protein and veggies and their sauces are delicious! I always get the medium bowl with brown rice and the #6 sauce. Pictured here is how I mix it up. I was too hungry and I started eating before I thought to take a picture. The young ladies working there are very sweet as well.“

I read some of the reviews that were negative. My experience was nothing but positive. I like to eat at mom and pop restaurants. The service was polite and attentive. Give this establishment a try. I think you’ll find it a tasty and positive experience.“

“We got the Vegan Beef Tacos and they were so good we ordered some more to go. They're pricey but worth it and the Vegan menu is amazing. “I love this place. I go almost at least once a week. The employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad or sad poke bowl. Everything is fresh. Trying to stay on the healthy side, I order small scoop of rice and all the sides they offer except for wasabi. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, but I have always restrain from getting the large. Two scoops of protein, which consist of tuna and salmon. A lovely alternative to fast foods. I highly recommend Mono Poke!“
