“The food is delicious. Once I received my bowl, I was blown away by the portions. My bowl fed two large individuals lol. The kimbap was also delicious. The musubi was fire. The price was right. Overall, I will be coming back when I’m working out here, once a week lol.“

“Best poke I've had in SoCal! Like the poke on the islands. Very fresh and delicious. Not much parking and always a line to get in, but the guys at the counter are great and the choices are limited so it moves very fast. Not much seating but take out works. Truly recommend trying it out. If you like poke you will love it!“

The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite. “Delicious poke place, a bit pricey. Fresh fish, loads of options, friendly staff. One of the best places in the riviera village now, IMO.

The large is quite large. (See photo). You can get away with a regular. Avocado is, indeed, extra. Otherwise, unlimited toppings.

Price is pricey, probably upwards of 25 including tax. Go smaller to save. TBH the price is reasonable for the area, whole village gets expensive.

Flavor — can’t go wrong with salmon, tuna, scallop. It’s riviera village, so parking gets bad over the weekend. I try to park in a residential area near the village.“

“Ahipoki in Hawthorne has some of the friendliest service I’ve had at a poke spot. Ali was super helpful and welcoming, helped me put together my bowl, and made the whole experience easy. He was handling the cashier, making bowls, keeping everything clean, and still had a great attitude the whole time. He’s funny, easy to talk to, and genuinely seems like he cares about customers having a good experience. The food was fresh and delicious too. Great service, good food, clean place, and a really chill atmosphere. Shoutout to Ali for making the visit a good one,

“We came in hungry on a hot Saturday afternoon and had some delicious, refreshing poke! The prices and quality are amazing here! We got a kalua + poke combo, a side of lumpia, and two Coke Zeros. The owner is from Maui and brought their poke recipes over!

The staff is so kind and warm, you feel like you’re stepping into somebody’s house.“

“First time trying their poke but it was so refreshing in this summer heat! Tried their Signature Poke and a tea which came well portioned in terms of protein and had a nice amount of sauce. Cost-wise it is a little bit on the more expensive side for a poke bowl so I don’t know if I would come here often. A nice thing to try once!“

The fresh musubi was actually mind blowing - like... holy crap. Idk how this place is only 4.2, maybe because of the atmosphere? Who cares?! It's obviously a mom and pop - and man, can't emphasis enough the quality of the fish. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, all the flavors are totally on point. When we order spicy its ACTUALLY a little spicy, which is refreshing. They even gave us free miso soup on the house just because!

He had mentioned that the restaurant used to rely a lot more on people who worked nearby before remote jobs started taking over- I highly recommend going IN PERSON to try out this awesome food, and to chat with the lovely owner!

This is the only place we enjoy ordering poke from in the mid city area, as nothing else comes close to this quality, and the price is reasonable too.

“Server explained food options then proceeded to ring me out at register and mistakened my $50.00 bill for a $20.00 bill. I had to wait longer for her to correct the register . I hand over to her a $20.00 bill to finish my order and correct changes. She admitted she had mistakenly rung the transaction of funds incorrectly. She thought gave her a $20.00 bill and had to correct the register.“

“Poke Etc is a good choice for poke lovers! The prices are on the lower side, but the quality is definitely on the higher end. The ingredients are always fresh, and there are plenty of ready options to choose from. The service could use some improvement, but overall, it’s still a great place to visit for a satisfying meal.“

“Food is great. Its a little whole in the wall. Interior is average, bit the food is delicious. Katsu and beef combo great. Dumplings great. The Teri beef at other places can be kind of fatty, it was lean and clean. The appearance of the restraunt does not do the food justice. Its our new go to in Torrance, beats our old favorite Island Hut. Sauces including chicken salad dressing are great. Not fancy just good. Grab some and head to the beach.“

“Honestly expensive but I think it's a sharable portion size. I got Thai tea and a regular size poki bowl spent $20 but I couldn't even finish my bowl it's so much food. It all tasted delicious to me . Customer service is clearly not a top priority but you get your food quick .“

It is a hole in the wall type place with Hawaiian style poke & other Hawaiian dishes.
I had the sweet & spicy ahi and salmon combination with rice, and it was excellent, in my opinion. Also, the service was quick and really friendly.

“It was our first time trying Ramen and the cashier was awesome enough to help us choose. We chose the spicy ramen and it was not disappointing! It was just enough spice to make it flavorful. And it was enough to fill the tummies of two ladies and then some. I was kinda bummed that there isn't much of a varieties when it comes to ordering. Only about 4 to 5 options.“

“I love this place. I go almost at least once a week. The employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad or sad poke bowl. Everything is fresh. Trying to stay on the healthy side, I order small scoop of rice and all the sides they offer except for wasabi. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, but I have always restrain from getting the large. Two scoops of protein, which consist of tuna and salmon. A lovely alternative to fast foods. I highly recommend Mono Poke!“
