“I don’t come to this location often but I had to leave a glowing review of barista Justin!! Long story short, I was in a rush this morning and mistakenly placed my mobile order at the wrong location. BUT Justin was incredibly kind about pointing out my mistake and immediately jumped straight into making my order. He worked as though they were the ones that made the mix up and he was attempting to rectify the situation. Even though it was clearly 1000% my fault. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I have never experienced nor seen any employee of any business take responsibility for a customer’s mistake just to make the client’s day. Justin is amazing and I hope his regulars remind him daily. Also, my order came out perfect!“

“Stopped at this Starbucks and had one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. The employee taking orders over the intercom was incredibly inviting, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, something you don’t always come across. My order was made quickly and, most impressively, it was done exactly as I ordered, which rarely ever happens these days. Another thing that stood out was how the employee didn’t just stick out the payment machine and awkwardly look away while waiting for a tip, which is something we constantly deal with back home. Because of his genuine attitude and great service, I chose to leave a tip anyway, and he seemed so genuinely happy and appreciative, even for a small amount. That kind of gratitude and positive energy made the experience stand out. Highly recommend this Starbucks for both the quality of service and the way they treat their customers!“

“What's there to say it's Starbucks I love it and you all love it I love the service although they really need to do something about the homeless man that ambushes the people in the drive thru but all and all I love it I go alot there in San pedro and you all should go to yeah you all love to yahoo Starbucks.“

“Clean, fast especially for how busy they were both inside and drive thru. However, only gave 4 stars bc I paid 0.60 cents more to add extra caramel to my drink and they did not do so, let alone put enough for the drink itself without adding more to my caramel macchiato!!!! Times are tough and inflation is hurting all!! So, I usually wouldn't care but hey if I am paying for it than I damn well deserve to receive it!“

“One morning after purchasing a 40 oz. Starbucks iced espresso from Walmart (located in the same parking lot) I went to the actual Starbucks location to get a cup of ice to enjoy my iced espresso. Now I typically go to a different location, but because this location was so close without any other cars in the drive-through, I decided to stop there. The female barista proceeded to tell me that she would have to charge me $6.95 for a cup of ice with chocolate and caramel drizzle. I was really puzzled because I typically only pay about $2 or less for the cup of ice with the drizzle at other locations. She proceeded to tell me she needed to charge me for a Venti tea and I told her that was OK, I just like a cup of ice without the drizzle. Once arriving at the window, I was greeted by Travis. He proceeded to tell me that he can charge me only for the drizzle and I paid my usual price. Travis, thank you for your friendly and thoughtful customer service. Although the gesture was small, it was a monumental move to find a way to keep the customer happy (and returning!) and still generate a sale for the business. Every single dollar count, I know, I’m in marketing. Thank you for instantly turning my experience around Travis. I really appreciate your initiative and outstanding customer service.“
