“Amazing food!! Hands down the best toasts in the entire Bay Area and great coffee too! We ordered avocado toast and salmon toast - both were delicious, extremely fresh and great presentation! Delicious juice too, although the consistency was more of a lemonade, but nevertheless very refreshing and yummy. They also have mimosas and champagne-based coctails, along with berry oats, as an alternative to a toast in the morning - both of which are definitely on my list to try next.

“I meet up with a good friend of mine. We try to meet for breakfast every Friday mornings. Ihop has a wide verity of breakfasts to choose from. They have a great senior's menu. Because we are regular customers they treat us like family. You order your food and in about ten minutes they bring it to you, nice and hot. Very reasonable prices. The staff who work there, are kind, curtious. and very friendly.“

“I love this restaurant!! This place is probably my favorite restaurant I've ever been to. They have so many options and everything on the menu is delicious! Their vegan pies are amazing!! I love sweet and savory for brunch but I can never finish those huge breakfasts so this place is perfect for me!! On top of that the cafe is so cute and the staff is so friendly. “Wow, from the second we stepped in, Emily greeted us with a smile, took us to a table and ensured that we had beverages right away. Even though this was a busy Sunday morning, we felt very welcome and attended to. The dip in the food rating is due to my Benedict with fully cooked yolks, but again, it’s a busy Sunday and for that to be the only concern, the team as a whole is on point. Jesus was very efficient and has great timing for check in’s, talk about a multi-tasker!
On our way out, I was unsure where to pay the bill, both the manager and Emily immediately offered help to get us out and on with our day.
After having a few in consistent experiences at another location, we are so excited to know that our new neighborhood IHOP has an incredible team and will be our new go-to

“I'm fascinated with this I-Hop. The last time I went, I was very disappointed. The service was terrible. The waitress even yelled at me because I told her she'd gotten my order wrong. But... I went back last Sunday, and believe me, I barely waited for my table. There are more employees now, and EVERYONE is really friendly, very attentive, and truly makes you feel welcome. A big round of applause for the staff. I highly recommend it. You'll be very well taken care of. It's located in Union City, CA 94587 (Union Landing).“
