“Our new go-to for Italian! Prompt seating with our reservation (5pm) and service. One of the better margaritas my wife has had and my Manhattan was solid. Warm, soft, sliced bread with an olive paste—ate more than I should! Split a generously portioned Caesar: very fresh, shaved parm, and lots of anchovies on the side made it filling. A very tasty, cheesy lasagna was a treat for my wife, and my Tuscan risotto could not have been better—hot, cooked tender, sliced Italian sausage, chicken, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives. Enough to take home for lunch the next day! Mario was very attentive and personable, and fun to hear about his expertise in local architecture. We’ll be back!“

“My husband and went here last night as a date night for the end of our first trip to Palm Springs. I grew up in NJ and have been used to excellent Italian food, and this place did not disappoint! Our server, Jonathan Abel was extremely thorough, made us laugh throughout the dinner, and is a huge reason on why we will come by again, with our next trip to PS. Thank you for the wonderful experience.“

“Elio and Luba are beyond wonderful. The intimacy of the restaurant is wonderful. The food on the menu or on the specials list was delicious. Luba and Elio perform as if they are making dinner just for you!!! Will go back many times after this first experience dining with them last night. “Went for my mom’s Birthday on the 8th. Super nice staff, I reserved a seat for inside but they tried to move us outside on the patio. I would’ve, if it weren’t so hot. They let us sit inside the bar which was nice. The manager (I assume) was super nice and the hostess was very welcoming.
Also whoever the bartender who was working on the 8th at 7ish is a super cool dude. Food was out very fast and delicious.“

“We originally came because of finding you on the Upside app. Little did we know……Wow! Such an amazing meal and awesome service! Arturo was our server and was on top of his game. The Lasagna “Bolognase” was out of this world. Very rich and flavorful. The homemade sausage….out of this world! My wife had The penne with red and white sauce. Again….delicious! We will be back!“

“I had the chicken marsala and my friend had lasagna. Also the bread was so warm and dense on the inside but had a good crust on the outside and our server Ali didn't flinch when we asked for more butter!! Really enjoyed our dinner there.“

“My wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We had a reservation for 2. Unfortunately, the available tables were not to our liking. No dining room view. Only a duce top on the window or a table in a corner with no view. At first the host said there was nothing he could do. I was unhappy... A moment later, he was able to make some changes and offered us a very nice table. We had a very pleasant dinner and saw a couple of our friends there too. Thank you.“

“So cool to have an authentic coffee place in our desert!! It feels like coffee shop straight out of Italy! Workers are so nice! Great customer service! The food is delicious! I recommend any of the paninis! And the coffee is great! Definitely worth a stop when near by and in need of coffee!!“

“Anyone can cook pasta, but if you want to make an authentic Italian meal you’re gonna have to shop here. I’ve been cooking authentic pasta amatriciana for years now and this Real Italian Deli has guanciale which is very uncommon. Yall, they have guanciale! Cant get more “Real Italian” than that unless you’re in Italy.
Aside from the surprisingly authentic and high quality products, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
If you’re staying in Palm Springs you need to shop here.“

“We made a poor choice of entrees. Opting for the filet mignon. They were prepared well but the quality of the meat was very poor. Grainy and fibrous it was extremely chewy. We've been here many times and always enjoy the experience. This however is not the eatery to order steak. We will return.“
