“I visited this establishment on a whim and was thoroughly impressed by the Fish and Chips. The dish featured hot, freshly fried Pollock—a thick, white fish that was cooked to perfection. “John and his team was great. They open at 11:15 but he was able to serve a group of 30 hungry people. We got 75 pieces of fish and a full catering tray order of chips (french fries). Can’t beat the price and the speed.Very friendly team, highly recommend !“

“Best fish/shrimp and chips I have ever had!! Great quality seafood, cooked perfectly and reasonably priced. Super friendly service(even before my mishap)…
I left my entire purse after a long day of moving and didn’t realize it until an hour and a half later. When I went back an hour after closing there was the sweetest note on the door saying “ I have your purse don’t worry, here is my cell number”
I called and he was out with his family but offered to come back after he was done. He met us at 10:30 at night, just to get my belongings back to me!!
It’s people like this, that still give you faith in humanity.

“If I could give this place 10/5 I would! At first I thought the place was sketchy at first but most good places do lol Franchise chicken places hardly have any meat on their chicken and the grocery stores always make their chicken too salty. TOTALLY DIFFERENT GAME HERE! Went here one day for a chicken plate and the pieces had plenty of meat, hardly greasy, lightly seasoned, and overall tasted like good ol home cooking 🤤. Just came here again to try their fish and shrimp and again, it was excellent. Most fish and shrimp places drown their fish in thick bread-like batter that makes you feel sick in a few bites. Here however, the fish and shrimp are fried in a seasoned thin peppery flour mix, basically a thin batter 🤤. I don't think I can go anywhere else for fried chicken and fish. JUST BE SURE TO AIR OUT THE FOOD TO LET IT COOL DOWN WHEN YOU GET IT!! YES! ITS THAT FRESH! AND THAT GOOD!“

“Awesome Chile rellenos the only issue I had was a bit pricey for what I actually got my girlfriend loved it we actually went back for more two days later we asked for chips and salsa I got a nice big bag with a large container of salsa so all in all a nice place to visit I just wish it was a little less than almost $20.00 for 2 Chile rellenos with some lettuce on the side and pico de gallo still ok once in a while but if you have the budget then yes I do recommend this place as a nice way to spend a nice evening with someone special dating etc.“

“I been coming here a few times since they opened.

For the most part the food is very delicious. However, the day I order the Ahi tuna seared was very chewy and the rice was a bit cold.

I typically don’t return food nor complain but I felt it was necessary to post the review to help the cooks. Since it’s a nice piece of fish!!

Furthermore, the location tends to be very busy.

Even though they have once cashier to assist you when ordering. The self ordering system tends to take long since most customers aren’t familiar with the system.

I usually tend to come here during my lunch break but from now on, I will have order ahead due to the lines and my limited time.

I highly recommend the Dynamite Shrimp Bowl or the Mahi Mahi plate.

“Came here for a business dinner and was seated outside on a beautiful evening. Started off with a mix of oysters and the Cevichos. Both were excellent. Then the 5 of us went different directions for our mains, but my Squid Ink Linguini was top notch! Our server this evening was Chase K. He did excellent and we would love to come back here. “This fast service restaurant has the best fries in Knott's--crinkle cut and fresh! Right now they are serving Hot Dogs and they have several types to choose from. We have liked all of them so far. This summer they are also having a weekly special, which is always good to have something new to try at each visit to Knotts!

“If you're a fan of Louisiana fried chicken this is a quality location. These Louisiana fried chicken places are a dime a dozen in LA but at this location the service and food were outstanding. We came in a few minutes before closing and the owner Rumpol (I probably spelled that wrong) chose to stay open to cook from scratch a batch of chicken. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining the difference in oils and cooking processes. The chicken was some of the best Louisiana fried chicken I've ever had you can taste the quality of grease and the love put into our order. The prices were so reasonable especially as expensive as things can get these days. My only gripe was there wasn't a lot of dine in seating but for the service and food I truly recommend this place.

“Huge meal, pretty good food. But very expensive. $275 before tip for dinner for 2. Great friendly staff. Restaurant pretty dirty. Needs a good cleaning of windows, doors and bathroom. Overall , it would be an excellent place if spruced up a bit, especially for the 5 star price.“

“This is a great place to eat if you like seafood. They do have some chicken options if not everyone likes fish or shrimp. I would recommend getting the garlic sauce and the dynamite sauce. Their premium sides are also delicious. Their brussel sprouts are good as well as their corn. The rice is also good but you need to mix it with the food. I really enjoyed this place and would return to try different items.“

“The chicken tasted the same from when I was a kid. It’s been over 20 years and they haven’t changed.
