Starbucks in Cerritos

“Came here to study for my dental boards. The cappuccino I ordered in the “for here” cup was delicious. Great service, boosted by the Starbucks rewards program which incentivizes repeated visits.
After finishing the cappuccino, I ordered a free refill of iced green tea with stevia added. With the Starbucks app, certain drinks (which Jonathan kindly explained to me) are free. He was very patient in helping me understand the way the refill system worked with all my questions. I’m thankful for his service. Without the Starbucks app, refills are $0.50. Furthermore, free refills are limited to include only plain hot/iced teas/coffee. No handcrafted drinks or basically anything with milk, cream, or foam.
Jonathan brought my now cold drink in a “for here” cup also. Great service from him and the staff. Friendly and welcoming, glad it’s open again after the renovation which feels more spacious, clean, and welcoming.

“Small and narrow - in parking lot -serves a purpose to enjoy top notch coffee and possibly laid out perfectly-enough to not be appealing to homeless who want to camp out here all day - I found this a pleasant place sparkling clean with an excellent sharp staff. Thankful for this Starbucks.young staff here all hustling- good sounds playing and kind to customers with genuine smiles. Regardless of the age of staff I can foresee any age working here because of the vibe of customer service and making your ☕️ to make your day.“

“Love all the staff here very nice and make the drinks great and very quick. My absolute favorite part about this Starbucks is my friend with glasses and blonde hair, he is so so so nice and knows my order before I even speak at the ordering screen, all I know is this man needs a promotion!“

“I feel like they sometimes forget about the mobile orders. I ordered at 1:16pm and didn’t get my drink until almost 1:40. I eventually asked if my drink was ready since everyone around me kept getting their drinks, no lines etc. she checked the counter and pulled out a sticker and said its in line. It’s a weekend and busy so I took that into consideration but the Starbucks eventually empty out and still no drink. I thought ordering from the app puts you in line but it definitely took longer. I also hate feeling like I’m rushing someone by asking for my order but I feel like if I didn’t say something I would probably be there for much longer“
