“Hole in the wall teriyaki place. You order at the counter, you pick up your food, you clean up your own table after eating. Easy free parking lot or street parking. They have a lunch special for $11.95 that includes chicken and rice with salad. They also have specials A, B, C and D that are around the $15 to $20 price range. I had the special C that had white rice, a big piece of chicken katsu, two pieces of chicken teriyaki, salad, two small onion rings and two dumplings for about $15.95. Not a bad value. You get a teriyaki sauce and hot sauce on the side. Their teriyaki sauce is very good here! The serving is very generous. I was not about to finish it in one sitting.“

Portions are great, food is made with love and tastes amazing, and most of all the customer service is great. “This location has a great staff, they work well together and the food tastes hot and fresh. But the negatives are that it's difficult to find parking when the lot is full. It's a very busy location with many eateries and shops. Plus this store is small. They were busy and it felt very cramped. Also there aren't many tables for seniors or the disabled. There are only two available. The rest of the tables are too high and have stools. Not good for someone with bad knees, like myself.“

“I ate at SanSai in Chatsworth today . I had miso soup, salmon plate with brown rice and steamed veggies. The food was excellent. The restaurant was very clean. The owners are friendly and hard working to make sure every customer is happy and satisfied. They have a wide variety of food. They also have Sushi which is very popular. They also do take out orders and large orders for take out for parties and any event. I strongly suggest you try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!“

“I have been here more times than I can count but the thing that puts it over the top is the great service.
When your server is Jess and you are greeted with a genuine friendly smile you feel so welcome.
It’s so hard to find good service now a days, Jess is amazing and that only enhances the experience.
There is a lot of things to like about this place, but for someone like me that does not eat rice this all you can eat place is great because of all the no rice selections as well as all the items they have.“
