“I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered was not good.“

“The BEST employees/team including managers I've ever known! I don't even know where to begin. The staff here is incredibly welcoming, so friendly so sweet. They go above and beyond! Starbucks is so lucky to have these employees. I've seen how other customers are treated, everyone walks out happy. Despite the closer starbucks locations in my area, I drive the extra mile just because of how amazing the customer service is here. There are many loyal customers that only come to this specific location. Whenever you see a lot of customers returning it tells you something very special about a business. I hope corporate understands how lucky they are and recognizes the excellent service provided by the team.

“I think this is the second time maybe third time that I've been to the Starbucks inside the Target on Grand and pipeline in Chino. For being pandemic times everybody stood in line w/their masks on 6+ feet apart, there was one lady working. she just helped each customer when it was our turn. then her second person just got back from lunch or showed up and it went faster but very nice. My drink was right and tasted great.“

“I've been going to Yum Yum Donuts for years and it's always been the same the donuts are decent the ham and cheese croissants are phenomenal and the service is Pleasant I appreciate a good donut when I'm hungry in the morning and a smile from a friendly face in the gives the coffee an extra boost“

I did not enjoy....they were rude because we were waiting over 15- 20 min for our drinks..ppl came in. they ordered and their drinks were ready but not ours until I asked. We just stood there and nobody acknowledged us. I hate when this happened. now I'll probably avoid this Starbucks“

Prices are good, not expensive or over priced! Portions are decent. Food quality is just like home. This joint shames the local chain restaurants! Give it a try, we did and we were quite pleased with the food. It's a great place to have a nice quiet meal.“

“HIGHLY recommend their Hokkaido milk tea -- I personally go 100% sugar and less ice since I like sweeter drinks :]

Their collaboration drinks have overall been a hit for me too! I actually still crave one of their collab drinks, and have been able to still recreate and order it even though the collab drink was technically discontinued. If interested, it was a mango matcha latte! They allow you to substitute components out from some drinks, just not able to completely alter and customize drinks.

I recommend the strawberry matcha latte, then writing a note to substitute the strawberry for mango :] Highly recommend this too, it's another go-to choice for me!“
