“El Pollo Loco, H Street never seem to fail me on having my favorite! Chicken meals! The crew are very nice and always courteous with their customer, i myself experienced those , treatment that you we’re one of their family that they’re going take care of you’ for the rest of your dine in’ and i was surprise with the new renovations ‘ it was so aesthetic! Very instragrammable! Even before! But now! Way better! Kudos! El Pollo Loco !

“lately always been getting the 12 Piece Original Recipe with sides. order via KFC app and pickup via drive-thru. about $36 but really like $40 with tax. would otherwise get $20 eight-piece bucket refill but always need more chicken because more people come to the house! Yum!“

“They need to be more in tune with the table turnaround. If there were 7-8 open tables, they were all dirty as well. Eventhough the place gets busy at times, they should be able to send someone out and pick tables up and wipe them accordingly. C'mon, let's do 100% better on this so 5 stars could be deserved!
A plus that location closed at 02:00, an option to the late-late outers in San Diego.

“Visiting family from the East Coast and my daughter took me here today. I was stationed in Daegu South Korea for 2 years while in the Army. we used to get bb.q chicken almost every weekend. The kids loved it and so did I. This was my first time having it in 8 years and it immediately brought me back to being in Daegu. The food was amazing and brought us right back to being there. I highly recommend you check them out, you won't regret it!“

“The aroma sorta calls you in. It was a very welcoming atmosphere especially with the music playing. I knew it was in for some authentic Korean fried chicken. The menu displayed a host different flavors and heat levels. I chose the original spicy and their wings of fire, a sweet and spicy Asian BBQ. Everything met my expectations ???“

“This place is awesome! It feels like a franchise but this is their only location. I got the #1 and it was a Fantastic Chicken Sandwich. I got mine hot and the heat and spice level were perfect. The sauce (Chick Sauce) was tangy and a little spicy. The wall art is super cute and the over all chicken decor was a nice touch. I will definitely eat here again!“

“Seating inside is limited. Looked like a worker was sitting at one of the front tables and the tables in the back with the iconic sign were being used for restocking. The food is delicious. Tomato soup is tasty but not hot enough. Triple grilled cheese is fantastic and the fries are super crunchy!“

“I love crack shack. I was born n raised in San Diego but moved to Memphis where I learned what good fried chicken is. This is the fried chicken spot in Southern California. Fire nugs+fries+pickles you can not go wrong. The bar tender is really awesome and the food is seasoned perfectly. Really good desserts as well.“

“Very good service, called me to tell me it would be 15 minutes after the original estimated time. The lemon pepper chicken is to die for. If you want to support a local small business while getting incredible food do not miss this spot. Mac and cheese and cornbread are our 2 favorite sides.“

“The Naked Chicken sandwich here is a must try. It was my first time and I was attracted to the window image of a giant size filet. The food is delicious, giant filet and Hawaiian buns with saucy fixings. Though, the bathroom has no toilet paper and a sign to read. Another customer tells me they never have toilet paper and it's out every visit now. Loved the service and there might be a wait for parking.“

“I really wanted some chicken and it's hitting the spot!! I don't know if you are bone in or boneless however, I got boneless spicy chicken with waffle fries and a chicken biscuit that I'm going to eat for breakfast in the morning. I'm satisfied so all I can say is go try it for yourself and make your own discovery. If it's you, it's for you. If it's not then don't go back.“

“My husband who has celiac disease loved it!! The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. This is the best fried chicken we’ve had since my husband was diagnosed. Unfortunately the sauces aren’t gf so we didn’t try those. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!“
