Asked for a spicy Italian and she started making a BMT, shorted me slices, told her I didn’t want it toasted and she immediately asked again if I wanted it toasted—went to grab chips and all of them were expired—went to grab a table and all of them were dirty. I visited around 3pm and having worked at subway for years previously it definitely wasn’t up to standard.
Food is good but customer service was trash the older lady was super rude and she kept cutting us off to talk to her co worker , and we had to keep repeating ourselves at least 3 times each time we said we wanted to add something. It felt like we were bothering her by making her do her job. If you don't like it get a different one. Literally felt like she wasn't paying any attention to what we were saying and we were the only customers in the entire store like bruh worst customer...read full review
