“This place is a true gem! My husband and I have ate here twice now and we have NOT been disappointed. Our first time there he ordered a burger of some sort and I got the grilled chicken sandwhich in a lettuce wrap. Both were absolutely delicious. Our second time around he got the pesto crepe with fries, and I got the Mediterranean crepe with salad. We both agreed that my crepe was better, despite our love of pesto, but both were good. The fries and salad hit the spot as well, mostly because their ranch dressing is fantastic. Prices were definitely reasonable. I look forward to trying other things on the menu. Whether you want savory or sweet there's something for everyone!“

“It's the type of restaurant that you order your food, pay and then the staff bring the food to your table. Since we were a larger party (6) we took longer for everyone to order. The staff was very polite, helpful and patient while answering all of our questions. They also were very accommodating with our add-ons or deleting items in our orders. The food came out quickly, was fresh, attractively plated and so delicious that we ended up ordering additional food to go! If we're back in Citrus Heights, I definitely would like to eat here again!“

“The papaya salad is to die for and the customer service has been great both times I have gone from the asian make owner! My guy friend and I have gone once for dining in and the second time when my guy friend and I got takeout. I can’t stop raving about the papaya salad! It’s a must try and I dream about it in my sleep it’s so good with the noodles and so spicy! Lol. I’m in love and drooling... o baby!!! Lol come here and eat, the other dishes are mediocre and the hot pot we tried the first time wa so so due to the broths we weren’t a fan of and the meat and seafood weren’t of good quality and had gone bad when we had gotten to them in the fridge. Just stick with the papaya salad and noodles and you will be good to go! Eat here and good eating! Cheers!“

“I have been here before and enjoyed the food. Their po-po plate is great, lots of meat, not just bones. Today I ordered off menu for salt and pepper fish to go and lunch #5 general chicken. Lunch was very good, but when I got home, although I was already full, I tried the fish. Oh dang! It’s so good! Even though I’m full, I can’t stop.“

“Absolutely incredible. It's always these hidden gems that serve the best. Entering the place for the first time, you have a good selection of options to choose from. The price may seem a bit crazy at first, but here's the good part. In about 10 minutes or less, they come out with a fresh, hot meal (in my case a super burrito, my family got chimichangas) the size of bricks. Every bite was just an explosion of flavor down to the vegetables, and I think I felt a third eye opening. The price is absolutely worth it once you see the sizes for yourself. If you live around or are just passing by, definitely consider choosing this!“

I am glad to say that I was correct this place is above average in food quality and just below perfect in customer service. I definitely would recommend Pho Viet. They were definitely observing social distance procedures, and it didn't effect the great customer service.“

I ordered something online that was unavailable and received great customer service to find an alternative and was offered free sauces for the inconvenience. I also had wonderful service picking it up, and the pizza and calzone were delicicious! They were so well made and full of toppings. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely order from this location again.“

“We visited Tugboat Fish and Chips for the first time and appreciated their nautical vibe. It’s a cozy spot with both booths and countertop dining making it a great place for a quick but high-quality meal. Their counter service was quite and easy.

​Even though their soda fountain was down when we went, they had plenty of canned sodas and Snapple options, so it wasn't an issue at all.

We shared the Seafood Sampler, which came with a generous spread of 2 fish, 3 prawns, 2 oysters, 2 scallops, and a side of fries. The batter was exactly what you want: crispy and light without being overly thick or greasy. We also tried the Shrimp Basket (fries included), which was just as tasty.

The real surprises were the appetizers! We ordered the Lumpia (8 pieces) and Potstickers (10 pieces). The potstickers had glass noodles in them, which is a rare find and made them a real treat.

If you’re looking for a solid fish and chips spot with a unique twist on their sides, definitely give Tugboat a try. Great portions, friendly counter service, and perfectly fried seafood. We’ll be back for more!“

“Passed by here earlier this afternoon with a family friend before bringing him home so He could go to work at 1:00PM. This is My first time going to this Vietnamese restaurant in Citrus Heights. I've seen this place before when I was riding Bus Route #1 going from Sunrise Mall Transit Center to Watt/I-80 Light Rail Station. I ordered a #1 Noodle Soup, Large Bowl and Root Beer with light ice. The other person ordered a #1 Noodle Soup, Small Bowl and Heineken Beer.“

“This is a nice place for fast food type Mexican food. It is not a place where someone takes your order from the table. Instead, you order your food and they bring it to you. That was ok, but once you place your order, that's the last contact you will have with anyone working there. The food is decent. Slightly overpriced. Margaritas are tiny. Just wanted to experience something different, it was OK at best. Nice ambiance, airy setting. Nothing bad to say, but not a restaurant with waiters or waitresses taking your orders.“

Hortensia and her husband take great pride in their small business and their work this is astounding . the chicken on the crunchy tacos is delicious, seasoned perfectly. the beans and rice are yummy and I had a perfect enchilada crammed with meat. the enchilada sauce was do much better than mine. give this place a try, they are a mighty family business and we don’t have many of those left. support local business - and have a great meal . they cater, too - just tell them what you need .“

“Came when they opened at 5pm and the server Lady was super nice and friendly! Sadly didn't get her name. The sushi was fire and fish was great for the price! Didn't even have to ask for extra wasabi and we got the perfect extra amount (I love wasabi). If you don't like wasabi you should ask to have none or less so none goes to waste.
