“I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I haven't experienced an issue yet. I was here Friday night and ordered the tacos. I enjoyed them. I had 1 steak, 1 chicken and 1 shrimp. I really liked the fillings and thought the meats tasted good and cooked nice. I didn't really enjoy the tortilla part but it is just my taste buds and preference. Would I order them again, yes. I got a mini spicy chicken bowl today and thought it was substantial, filled me up and the price cannot be beat for what you're getting. I hope the consistency continues because it's convenient to where I'm living. I'm also close to the upland store but would prefer to keep coming here.My original review was all 5 stars. I just went to this location again today on Sunday to get a free bowl and the woman behind the counter is extremely rude and she only packed the bowl up 3/4's full.This is what I wrote to the contact us:Hi.This is my 4th trip to Waba grill.I originally tried the Rancho location on Hellman a week ago and ordered a steak bowl.   It was packed to the gills and had a bunch of great sauce.   This is what got me hooked.I then went on Friday night to the Claremont location and had tacos.  They were great and great service.I decided to get the app if I was going to become a regular.I went to Claremont yesterday and got a spicy chicken mini bowl and it was packed and full of sauce.I earned a free bowl worth up to 9.99.I returned to Claremont today and the woman firstly behind the counter was put off that I came in for a free bowl.  Secondly was upset that I wouldn't take chicken automatically.The bowl came out in minutes and with her back turned to me asked a question.   She was asking if I wanted sauce.  One, it's really rude to talk to customers and ask questions with your back towards them and two, it's hard to hear the voice.I was going to ask her how much a half avocado costs and if it was ripe.  But as I was asking she walked away to the back and pretended not to hear me.I didn't really want to interact with her anymore so I didn't pursue the topic and just went to Wholefoods and bought an avocado.I get home and this bowl is a weak excuse to how I've had meals prepared in the close past.I understand it's a free bowl but I feel like it should be treated the same way being prepared.   I would be awfully frustrated if I paid $10 for this when it's only 3/4 full and not much sauce & meat.If I go back and she's working I will not make a purchase.Thank You,Shaun HallSent from my T-Mobile 5G DeviceIt's 8:15 PM Sunday night and I'm updating my review back to 5 stars due to the caring phone call I received from Waba Grill.“

“Run don't walk this place is Amazing! Hot was actually hot. We got three flovors Masala, Peri Peri and Saigon. We are definitely going back for more. The host was so great he explained everything over 30 flavors but they are categorized as American, Asian, African, Europe and Meddle east. Choose wings, Tenders, samish. Then the sides!!! Too much I'm going back for the other 27 flavors!
PS the Serving sizes is HUUUUGE!!! So big they put a rubber band around the box to hold it together.🤯“

The best so far has been the breakfast burrito, followed up by the signature Egg N Bird breakfast sandwich (Choice of Grilled or Fried Chicken, Fried Egg, Bacon, American Cheese, Spicy Honey and Crack Sauce on a Toasted Brioche Bun). The burrito is listed on the menu as the, Super ENB Burrito (Chopped Fried Chicken, Scrambled Eggs, Shredded Cheese, Fries, and Crack Sauce wrapped in a Flour Tortilla). The coffee wasn’t too good, just stating the facts… worse than a 6 hour old AM/PM gas station coffee. The sauced wings are the way to go. Easy to share + eat with gloves provided and convenient to take home leftovers since they already come in a cardboard box. Parking is plentiful. Music always playing on the screen. AC works just fine.“

“I've been going to this Waba for close to 10 years, usually being 2-4x a week for lunch. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food has never missed. I highly recommend this location over others locally. I've been to other local locations and just did not get the service I've always gotten at this location.“

“Their charbroiled garlic chicken over fries drenched in garlic au jus is unique and worth the 15 mile drive from home. I normally go to the Pico Union one but this one has easier parking and more seating. They also have more selection but I've never gotten anything but the chicken. It was hot and fresh and as always addicting.“

“The owners are awesome people don't speak much but when they do they are so kind and understanding very positive people its also a doughnut shop inside as well they also make hamburgers and chicken sandwiches fries and also Chinese foods that us in the states call Chinese food any way lol. “I started going to this Waba Grill pretty recently when passing through the area, and I gotta say, it's my favorite one to go to! By far the cleanest one, my food is served quickly with the correct portions, and all in all I could tell people work efficiently around here. The last few times I went, I was served by Jaime and Alex; I've had different vibes from different workers across different locations, but I feel I get the best vibes when coming here and when I've been served by these two! 5/5 would recommend pulling up if you're in the area.“

“My absolute favorite chicken place and I can't go anywhere else now because they do not compare. The food is always fresh and delicious, the prices aren't cheap but the portions are good. I recommend ordering online because they do make everything fresh and so it takes a while to wait unless you order ahead. The soda machine hasn't been working recently but the seating area and bathrooms are clean.“
