A highlight was when our waitress got permission for us to try the Asian sausage—she called it an 'explosion in your mouth,' and it really was delicious! “This is a gem, my 2nd time around and just as the first the service was on point the food was fresh and very delicious. I wish I would've took some pics but I was just having a great time with my family, we had spice beef noodle soup, shrimp fried rice, chicken chow mein, steamed pork dumplings, steam pork buns and sauted green beans. “I used to live in Rowland Heights but now I’m in Chino, and I’ve been looking for a more traditional Sichuan restaurant. I finally found this place, and it’s great! The dumplings are especially good. I like making my own dipping sauce with vinegar, chili oil, and soy sauce, but honestly everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. “Dragon Express is the place you wanna go if you need piles of food so deep you'll need a shovel to get to the bottom. “If you’re looking for soup that’s hot and spicy and gets you all toasty then this is the spot for you! We ordered a couple of the recommended soups and other sides like the fried rice with a side of Beef Cilantro. Oh wow! The soup was nice a spicy with plenty of flavor with every sip.
That was the Beef Noodle Soup. Their Wonton soup was also a winner with the wonton skins being so flavorful and tender. The Fried Rice is a great complement for anything you order in my opinion. Lastly the Beef Cilantro dish was a perfect ending to our feast. The service was on point and thanks to Rain our server it made our experience a memorable one. So if you’re in the mood for something like this then check it out and get on the waitlist because this place tends to get pretty crowded.“

Flavors are on the lighter side; if you prefer stronger flavors, you might not enjoy these bentos.“

“For an authentic Chinese American (and Hawaiian)food experience, this is a great place. We’ve been coming to this place since it opened 15-20 years ago and I’ve always ordered the same two-item combo: jalapeño beef and mushroom chicken (dark meat ony) because they are excellent for non-authentic Chinese food. As noted by others, this place stands apart from other Chinese American food places because they cook everything to order. So every meal here is fresh and hot. Highly recommended.

“I was in town and looking for a new place to try. Thanks to Yelp, I found Noodlemii nearby. We headed over for a weekend dinner and didn't have to wait long for our group of two.

We tried a variety of their menu items, including the black pepper udon ($12), yellow curry ($11), beef skewers ($6.50), and a Thai iced tea ($3.50). Food came out pretty timely and everything was really good! Good portion sizes too.

Bonus points for being part of the Diamond Bar Open Rewards program. Good amount of parking in a shared plaza. Will be back to try more of their noodle dishes next time!“

“I genuinely want to say I like their duck because I really do. But if you plan to order takeout, I recommend getting a half duck or whole duck rather than the bento.

The first time I visited, I came with friends and we ordered a whole duck. It was excellent. That’s why I returned this time to try their bentos. I ordered a roasted duck bento and a salted duck bento. Unfortunately, both bentos were mostly filled with duck neck, and the salted duck bento even included the duck head, which was quite shocking when I first opened it. None of us eat duck head in our family, and it would’ve been nice if they at least asked, since it’s definitely not to everyone’s liking. There wasn’t much actual duck meat aside from a few pieces in the bento boxes, which was disappointing.

As I said, I really do enjoy their duck, the roasted duck was delicious. But the cuts they used for the bentos were not satisfying. I wouldn’t order the bentos again, but I would definitely come back for the whole roasted duck.“

“I know this shop used to have a not so great reputation in the 90's early 2000's, but honestly this is my go to now for croissants, deep fried fish, and some other Chinese stuff on the side. They have variety as far as their food and I personally love their ham/cheese/jalapeño croissants and their maple bars. Fried fish and chicken is definitely solid compared to other chain restaurants. The portions are generous, and the prices are unbeatable. The location is nice and clean with quick service. I got the golden noodle I forgot the name but it’s really good. Can’t want to come by again to try the rest of the items. One thing is that they have an appetizer combo deal. Worth getting just to try all the flavors. I ordered a deal and a noodle and had to bring my leftovers home. “Just bought some BBQ Pork and I just want to share how lovely this bbbq pork is. So easy to chew on and so lightly sweetened to perfection. Beautiful shade of redish pink on the edges. Every bite is a piece of heaven and not like other places how every other bite has a hard piece of pork that is unpleasant to eat. This is just *MUAH* (Chef’s kiss).
