“We always get the spicy pork bowl, soy garlic wings and spicy korean wings; never been disappointed. The tacos are also great! I think this place is better than BBQ Chicken and Pelicana with their wings, couldn't get pictures because it's always gone before I know it,too good to resist“

“Authentically delicious Korean food with the BEST banchan around! Had the beef intestine soondoobu and croaker combination but I am sure everything on their menu is probably amazing. We will definitely be back and I am already thinking about what I’ll order next time 😋“

“I was really hyped about this place opening to add to the variety of Korean food around Chino Hills. Soonheene is very popular in South Korea which led me to add this place to my must try list of restaurants, they're known for their amazing street food and it didn't disappoint at all.
Staff were incredibly quick, attentive, and were very friendly in all aspects. Parking is plentiful, clean restroom, and a moderate amount of seating inside the restaurant. The interior is well maintained and just has good vibes when entering, there's also a TV on the wall that plays many variety shows to express just how popular this place is in South Korea.
1. We ordered their signature Tteokbokki and it comes in a decent amount of portions, a great shareable dish and very flavorful when it comes to the mix of sauce, rice cake, and fish cake. There's also a rose version which I also recommend. The Tteokbokki were savory and also not hard to crunch on, cooked perfectly and very enjoyable and addicting.
2. Another must try item is the Mayak Gimbap, comes in 8 pieces, another shareable dish. It's also very well made, with a mix of meat and vegetables, a decent appetizer to the main course.
3. The Oden Fish Cake Soup is also a classic street food signature dish to try. Highly recommend if you're a fan of fish cake, comes in a stick form which is a easy pick-me-up type food. Not too salty and is flavorful as well.
4. The Roasted Kimchi Pork Belly was the main dish we had as a shareable. I cannot fathom how well made this dish is made. The pork belly is super savory, chewy, and flavorful, mixes well with all the side garnishes and sauces.
Overall, Soonheene is definitely a good place for many occasions, dates, take out, and moderate size groups.
Decent prices for amazing quality food. They will always be my go to spot for amazing South Korean street food.“

“I recently visited Ma’s Banchan and was honestly impressed. The banchan tasted just like homemade food—fresh, balanced, and not overly salty. You can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. The portions were generous for the price, and the staff was very friendly. It reminded me of the side dishes my mom makes at home. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“We went here on Saturday for dinner for the first time and found the place to be very nice, cozy and food is very good. We ordered the Hand Pulled Dough Soup and the spicy squid with sides of rice noodles. Both were very tasty. I especially love the hand pulled dough soup. The soup is just right. Not salty, not spicy. I think it's one of the best soup we ever had.
The place is clean and service is very friendly. We just surprised this place is not all packed because the food is ready good.
Highly recommended this special Korean food restaurant and we marked this as one of our favorites.“

“This is a soondubu (spicy silky soft tofu soup) restaurant like BCD chain. You can order combo menu with a meat or fish entree with a version of soondubu soup. You can select the spicy level and toppings for the soup. I thought the soup is really good but the meat dishes except for the LA rib were too sweet. Ban Chan (side dishes) were just average. For Diamond Bar I think this outlet is fine. There is plenty of parking in the shopping mall lot.
Parking: Plenty
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground floor with wheelchair ramp.“

“The food is amazing, and I instantly get full after only having two. Even though it takes a bit long for the food to come, it is worth the wait. The atmosphere is kind of small with only a few tables, but they supply chairs for larger groups.“

“Really liked this spot. The army stew was honestly one of the better ones I’ve had in LA. It came loaded with pork belly, bacon, spam, sausage, tofu, and ramen, and once you mix the sauce in well, the broth gets really rich and flavorful.
We also got the LA galbi, which I liked because it was not overly sweet like some places. The meat had a nice char but was still tender. The spicy braised pork back ribs were also really good and kind of reminded me of Sunnongdan. We got medium spice, and it came with three huge bones with super tender meat that was basically falling off. We added cheese, which made it even better, and the rice cakes in the stew were soft and soaked up all the flavor.
To balance everything out, we ordered the oxtail soup and cold noodles. The soup was more mild and comforting, with a rich milky broth and several big pieces of oxtail. The cold noodles were perfect for a hot day and had a nice chewy texture. Overall, everything was solid and I’d definitely come back.“

“I just went for my first time today, and I had to go back because it was that good! Not only is the owner super sweet but the food is so good! These are the best steam pork buns, I have ever had.
I was iffy the whole day if I should go back and get another order. I didn’t want to seem big back. But this food is truly amazing. You won a regular, he will be seeing a lot of me! Thank you so much for the great food 10 out of 10“

“This is the place we went to have a quick bite when we moved to Diamond Bar 8 years ago and then we found so many other places to eat and almost forgot this restaurant. Recently we visited this place again, the menu is same except price a little higher. The quality of food are same but now they gave you disposable chopsticks instead of re-usable ones in the past. Other than that, not much change, always busy but the waiting time is tolerable. I like this beef BBQ rib combo with seafood tofu soup and they are good. They don’t have steak knife but so provide a pair of scissors and a small pair of tongs so that you don’t have to eat BBQ beef with just chopsticks.“

“Checked out SEOUL BBQ and had a really good time. The food was flavorful and fresh, and the tableside grilling made the whole experience more fun and interactive.
The atmosphere was lively and energetic without feeling too chaotic, and the staff were helpful throughout. Great spot for a group hang and a solid unlimited Korean BBQ night 👍“

“Almost identical to Young Dong Tofu. A lot more variety with side dishes. Pork cutlet was huge for $20. Everything was tasty and service was excellent. Not sure if tofu soups normally come with egg. Ours didn’t. Definitely go here if you want to avoid waiting at Young Dong Tofu. They also have jajangmyeon 14.99 (didn’t try not on menu but posted inside on the walls)“

“The food was amazing.
The service was on another level.
The vibes were immaculate.
First off, their menu is on definitely top notch. It's hefty, but they have an index in the back which shows all the pictures/descriptions of the food (amazing for any first timers). We ordered the dynamite steamed egg, kimchi cream pasta, cheese buldak chicken, and chicken gizzard stir fry. The steamed egg is definitely an upgrade from usual steamed eggs. It's super fluffy and is the perfect start to any meal. I've been craving some korean pasta recently and couldn't find a decent place. Yet, this place does it right. Although I wish there was a bit more, the cheese buldak is that silent creeper in terms of spice but super delicious (tip: ask for rice so that you can mix it with the leftover sauce). The chicken gizzard stir fry is that perfect balance between chewy and savory. Definitely a fan.
The service was amazing. The owner/servers are super attentive and accommodating beyond words. We were sitting near the door and people were smoking outside, so he ended up constantly closing the door and opening to let our dining experience not be negatively affected. Unmatched. They really care about their diners.
It's a smaller place, so during events (WC) and weekends, it can fill up rather quickly. So, make sure to plan accordingly. It's definitely worth it. It's located within a plaza, so parking is plentiful. I will definitely be back to try the other menu items. A+++!“

“Located right next to Cal Poly college, Jinza Teriyaki is a great spot to eat after classes, my all time favorite is the Loco Moco bowl. The people are incredibly nice and especially early the place is a nice quite area to eat in. My only wish is that they would open earlier as someone who's out n about by 7am, but I understand not wanting to open at the crack of dawn.“

“We usually order a whole duck to take home so I’m not sure how they are at the restaurant, but this place has DELICIOUS duck. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Savory, moist, and extremely flavorful.
My family also adores the soup here; we always add extra to our order. While their cold dishes leans more pricey, we INHALE the tofu skin cold dish!
Highly recommend getting duck from here!“

“This is our first time here we enjoyed the flavors a lot the spicy pasta, the garlic chicken, the house chicken the garlic chicken was I think the best they’re crispy. Chicken was very good as well, but I must say the spicy pasta was the best. They do. serve a nice slaw with everything which gives you a nice texture change. They did make 2 mistakes they forgot our fried rice and gave us a whole chicken instead of wings, but got on it right away with some cheese balls.“
“Great addition to the food court! I'd been to other two hands and was worried it wouldn't be as good here since it's a food court location but it was very good. Service was unenthusiastic at best but the food was great, their potato dog is very enjoyable and the sauce is one of my favorite condiments. Will definitely be coming back 💪.“

“I really love eating at this store because when you dine in, you can have as much sauce as you want. And I love their sauces. I saw someone review for being stingy with their sauce. I didn't understand it. But I was thinking may be it was for "to go". I never order had "to go" here so I don't know. But for dine in, I come here all the time and it is great.“

“It’s a place I’d love to visit often, but since I live far away, I always stop by whenever I’m in the area. They make excellent stews the goat tripe hot pot is especially delicious. I’ve heard they make their sundae in-house as well. Truly a fantastic spot.“

“The food portion is large, even though each dish is $15+, but with the side dishes, soup, and rice they give you can definitely split it into two portions. The bimbibap wasnt too salty and the texture of the veggies were fresh. The broth is just beef broth...a little salty but its a nice hot side.“

“The buns here are stuff to the brim with filling with chives, glass noodles, wood ear mushrooms, and pork. Its a great quick meal to have after a long day because of how large the bun is. The frozen dumplings from here are also very generous in filling and are best boiled as soup or pan fried. The taste is meaty.“

“Kangnam Korean BBQ's location may not be that ideal, but the food they serve here is definitely worth your drive all the way here, especially when you finish your 18 holes at Diamond Bar.
Ordered their combo of spicy cold noodles and LA short ribs, noodles is good with the authentic Korean taste, same as the LA ribs, meat were well marinated and grilled with good portion.
Have to mention a little bit about their appetizers, the kimchi here is definitely a good one comparing to other places.“

“A little harder to find the restaurant in the plaza since there isn't a english sign. The plaza itself has plenty of parking though with many other Korean Restaurants.
I will have to say the Sundubu there is great, and so are the other dishes. Service is good as well. If you are looking for good sundubu/Korean in the area, Myung Dong Tofu house is a good choice.“

“Been here since 2016 and have been coming here still. My go-to is always the seafood noodle soup. There was a very friendly chef previously but I haven’t seen him lately, I wonder what happened to him. Luckily the noodle soup is still as good as always so I’ll still be coming back! “Today is a Monday it was a pick up order. Half chicken with honey soy sauce. It was good the chicken was juicy no dryness. I think I accidentally received a drumstick it was flavorful. Onion rings and cheese balls for sides not bad for $9 each.
Walking in it didn't look welcoming the esthetics is just a bit off. It doesn't look like they put much into the place looking inviting. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The young lady at the register was very nice.“

“This little small Korean wings spot surprise me. I got the Korean barbecue spicy wings with fries. And the wings came out super crispy and flavorful. The fries that look really mid surprise me as well with this spices which again was very flavorful. I was looking for a new wings location and this is by far the best I’ve been to in all of I.E. I highly recommend this place if you love Korean wings.“
