We also tried the soup, but it was a bit underwhelming and could have used more flavor. The pineapple fried rice, however, was delicious—well-seasoned, full of fresh ingredients, and definitely the highlight of our meal. “My service organization regularly came to Silver Spoons' predecessor, so when we found out that Silver Spoons was open, we made the restaurant our next meeting location so we can try it out!

I usually order my go-to to test out a Thai restaurant, so I ordered the pork pad see ew ($14.95) and mild golden curry with chicken ($14.95). I would've ordered a fried rice, but the mild papaya salad ($13.95) caught my attention instead. Note that the dishes come with your choice of chicken, pork, or tofu included in the price, but if you want beef, it'll be an extra dollar, and for shrimp, an extra $2. What was surprising was that the curry doesn't come with white rice. You'd have to fork out an extra $2.50 for that. I thought everything tasted great, though both the papaya salad and pad see ew was a little heavy on the sauce.

My friend ordered mango sticky rice ($12.99) for dessert and I was surprised and happy they had that available (I went to another Thai restaurant during Christmas time and while they had the mango sticky rice on the menu, they said it was not in season so they weren't selling any). I took a few bites of it and enjoyed it -- not too sweet and not too heavy! Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a free Thai tea.

“I have been craving to try boat noodle soup ($15.95) since I've seen it online. It is a blood-based soup so it's a dark brown but the taste is not noticeable. It comes with thin noodles, sliced beef, pork meatballs, green onions, pork rinds, Thai basil, and cilantro. They do have a Thai level of spicy and they do warn that they do not to re-makes of dishes.

I also got their pork jerky which came with a side of spicy fish sauce dip.

The staff is nice and the place is clean.“

“The best Thai restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga! We've been eating here for more than ten years and have loved every meal! This is our go to place when we have company, and our go to place for special events. We've celebrated all kinds of events with food from Thai T. It's a great place to bring vegetarians too because you can have tofu instead of meat with almost every meal. My favorite dish is spicy cashew nut, and you can have it with any meat you like or tofu. The fried cheese wontons are the best I've ever had anywhere! I always try to leave room for dessert too because they make the best mango and sticky rice I've ever had too. Their Thai iced tea is the best I've ever had too. The staff are so nice too, it's just the best! Love this place and highly recommend it!“
