“Love this place! Newly opened, they have fresh new items each day to try. Great for breakfast or lunch, with savory items like spinach feta brioche or sweet fruit pastries. Local owners are from Romania, bringing many of their traditional recipes. I tried a Pavlova for the first time!“

“My favorite breakfast place ever! We try and come at least once a week. The staff is so kind and friendly and let us chat with them which we really appreciate. The food and drinks are delicious and all plant based. We love the breakfast Sammy on a croissant . They have lots of seating inside and outside. We love sitting at the counter when we can. Also it is family owned by the nicest couple“

“Incredible! This place is truly a gem. Very clean, organized, and lots of products to choose from. I decided to dine-in and try the Beet soup which is perfect for a cloudy day. The flavor is incredible! A huge thank you to the customer service associates that helped me navigate through the store and find the Polish Products that I was looking for. This is my first time here but definitely won't be my last.“

“Excellent Bay Area specialty coffee with vegan food menu and enjoyable for anyone! The coffee menu had a handful of creative and tasteful signature drinks along with the classics. While in line I heard someone ask if the drinks were sweet and they kindly said “not St4rbux sweet” which is a green flag for sure to anyone who really knows coffee. They also offered that customer to make their drink less sweet if they were worried. I had my go-to iced americano to see how good their espresso shots taste since I was sure they were doing something right with so many other good reviews and my experience up to that point. The good vibes were there before I even ordered and that coffee hit too! The Avocado toast is on the fluffiest freshest bread with some sprinkled hemp seeds and chili flakes. I also opted for some chili oil and loved it! Super friendly service and a wait time that was indicative of the care they put into each order without having to wait too long! I wish I lived around here cause it seems like THE local community coffee spot I would be frequenting.“

“What a hidden gem we have found in Walnut Creek. This quaint coffee shop cranks out brilliant lattes and pastries and is now the perfect lazy Sunday hang out spot for us. Our pup loved watching all the people & their dogs walk by. The place looks like a tiny castle and they have implemented a great system to order and pick up at different spots so that it doesn't get too crowded in one place. Parking is also easy as it's right across from parking lot which is free for 90 mins.“

“Been going there since it was a small space and not very known as im a local and as its been growing and expanding over the years gone by just from growth in the place and customers just even shows how good it is to bring family or friends for breakfast etc. lots of people go after church and I will say on Sundays it's for sure busy but hey you gotta beat the time before everyone gets out lol but its a really good spot and its well hidden but very popular now. The twin brothers that own it are very nice and lovely. As time goes on you'll see there hard workers and they've come a long way for sure! Just wanted to say all that because from a local I wanna support especially good businesses!“

“It’s always a lovely time at Tellus coffee! The creative and delicious food and drinks, warm and inviting ambiance (that plant wall just makes me happy) and the super-kind and efficient baristas are the best! Thanks to owner Janae for all her hard work making Tellus a Walnut Creek fave!“

“Such a cute place for Boba. They also have bamboo straws and are now offering hot drinks (and desserts?). The inside tables are rarely full and they have a couple of smaller outside tables as well. There’s a bathroom and the background music isn't too loud or annoying.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly“

“I was pumping Gas across the street and decided to check out Ramona's across the street for an empanada and I must say I was highly impressed by the great customer service of the Business Owner. As soon as I walked in he waved and was extremely friendly he guided us through the menu and ended up trying the chicken and sirloin steak empanadas, and they were absolutely delicious! He then proceeded to offer us a free beer on the house because he is offering free beer Fridays! If you're in Walnut Creek and you haven't checked this out yet you gotta try it!“

“One of my new favorite spots! Very cute bakery with lots of dietary restriction friendly options. We came here on a Saturday morning and were able to get parking in the small lot in front. We were immediately greeted when we entered and saw so many delicious options! Everything from gluten free to dairy free to both. My absolute favorite is the chocolate cupcake. A very moist cake with creamy decadent frosting. All in all, very delicious and I can't wait to try more! As a side note, I appreciate that they don't let outside food in. This enables a very dietary friendly environment.“

“The smell that comes from La Flor De Mexicano bakery can be picked up from 3 doors down. It is heavenly! There is a huge variety of authentic, hand-made pan dulce. They're all a beautiful work of art! The staff is friendly and it is always immaculately clean. I really appreciate being able to get something so nostalgic and of such a high quality for such an affordable price, and all the details that go into everything! A true downtown Pittsburg staple!“

“First and foremost, why take your money to the corporate rich when you can keep it in the community? Bondadosa is awesome. I have been going here since they opened over 4 years ago and I always feel welcome, appreciated, and I always love my coffee. I support my community of Walnut Creek and in that, I support the local businesses. The staff and owner, Ron, work incredibly hard to bring the season's most unique and best coffee roasts to Walnut Creek. Most people do not realize this but coffee is seasonal. This means the roasts will change and your latte or cappuccino flavor will change. This is a good thing, it means you are getting FRESH, SEASONALLY CORRECT coffee. I encourage you to engage with the staff to choose the roast that best suits what you are looking for. These folks spend the time to learn all that and I appreciate it. You won't get any attitude at this great coffee spot, they honestly love their customers and it shows. Do you like a selection of nitro coffees on tap? They got you! Do you like a selection of teas chilled on tap? They got you! Do you like freshly baked treats from a local bakery? They got you! If you haven't given them a try, pop in and have a conversation about the flavors you are looking for and let them work their magic. You will be glad you did.“

“Food was good, served fresh and hot. We had the brisket sandwich and breakfast sandwich. I don't eat bread but the brisket bread looked delicious. They even have cider beers to wash down that brisket. Cool place to eat and chill. Will definitely come again.“

“So, I was cruisin' around Concord, craving a caffeine fix. I typed in "closest coffee to me" and bam, this spot popped up, nestled between Peet's and Starbucks. Figured, why not give it a shot? It's in an office building, but don't let that fool ya—it's super easy to find and there's tons of parking. Inside, there's this trio running the show: two lovely ladies and one dude hustlin' hard. They've got breakfast and lunch options, and let me tell ya, I grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and it hit the spot! Coffee? Decent enough for your regular joe. If you're around, swing by for sure!Parking: Parking is located directly next to the building.“

“Always great food. I got the salmon Benedict with the hollandaise on the side. If you’re not watching calories - drench it in hollandaise. I think that was the best version of that sauce I’ve ever had.I haven’t had the chai at this location. I know they make their own. I’ve never been satisfied with it (not strong enough for me). The rest of the menu is pure gold. Platinum even.“
“Solid place for a bite near Pleasant Hill BART station. I visited earlier this afternoon just before they closed at 3. Today was one of those back-to-back meeting days, and I had to work through lunch, so I was very hungry. I needed a bite before meeting colleagues for drinks and appetizers later in the afternoon. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad ($10). Service was friendly and prompt - I appreciate that they pulled out a fresh salad bag for me even though it was just minutes before they closed. I took the salad to go, and enjoyed it to the last delicious morsel. Will be back!“

“A really cute cafe with books for sale and browsing. At no time did we feel rushed at all or pressured to make a purchase. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. It feels very cozy.I ordered an avocado milk tea with strawberry popping boba and it was amazing. The boba really pops as the name says. I wish there were more branches. Highly recommend!“
“The prime rib Holiday meal was excellent. Chef has catered to Rossmoor residents in the past for different holidays. It is always excellent. I wanted a nice dinner for my visiting family members and since I can no longer put out a good meal for them Chef Michael does it for me. Several courses all delicious! Thank you for making my entertaining so special.“

“The All Berry Croissant is delightful! I enjoy the food, service and ambiance. This store is like a cozy place to curl up to in the rain or just meet with friends to catch up. It never disappoints. I am excited to see the renovation once it is complete. Also if your order two weeks in advance you can get a delicious order of petit fours. These small oven cakes kind of remind me of Marie Antoinette's history table of goodies.“

“For my money, the best Banh Mi in Walnut Creek! The sandwiches are large, filling, and tightly packed with vegetables and (if you're vegetarian, like me) tofu. They're just the right spice level, the bread is pleasantly crunchy and chewy, and - just as you'd hope - are served up with quickly. The place is definitely tucked away - if it weren't for the streetside sign, I would have walked past it - but the complex is full of places to sit and enjoy your meal. Just wish they were open later!“
“Super like this cafe!! Very convenient because I work in the same building!! Food and people are amazing!! Steve, Julie, Cindy and Jesus are so welcoming and happy all the time!! They take time to listen what a person wants, they don’t rush regardless how busy they are!! Food is amazing!! My favorites are breakfast burrito, tuna salad, chicken cranberry salad and bean and corn salad!!“
“Omg! I love walking into your bakery! It makes me smile really big! Fudge brownies with cream cheese are the best in the world! My favorite is coconut cream pies! Reminds me of my beautiful grandmas pies when I was a child. Thank you for your service and your commitment to help serve our community. It’s a pleasure doing business with you.“

“Super cute coffee shop right in the "downtown" portion of Clayton. The man making the coffee, not sure if he was the owner, was kind and efficient. The coffee was okay, did the job, and wasn't too expensive. However, while I was sitting inside and working people were super rude to the man behind the counter. While I was there, it was a one-man operation and quite a few customers were in line. It isn't a Starbucks, so it surprises me that people would be so rude about their coffee taking a few minutes longer to prepare. Overall, I would come back if I'm in the area!“
