“Great tasting food, cozy and charming location plus friendly and attentive service. It’s what makes a restaurant stand out from all the others. Nicki, the owner, goes above and beyond in making sure her guests are comfortable and satisfied. We’ve had brunch as well as Thai meals. Everything was super delicious! Parking is better than downtown Walnut Creek, Concord or Martinez which is another plus. Keep Skylar Bistro in mind for Art and Wine plus Concerts in the Grove later on.Parking: During festivals and concerts, nearby parking may be hard to find - nothing new there. That’s no reflection on the restaurant. Other times, there’s parking out front or across the street plus the Post Office.“

“The food here is amazing! We came here for my birthday dinner. We all got great dishes: my pork chop was tender and juicy, the crab cakes were excellent as was the flaky filo Mary's chicken. The desserts were good, not as great as the main courses in my opinion but my friends liked them. We got the bread pudding and the black bottom white chocolate banana cream tart.“

“Ok so first, the food was absolutely DELICIOUS, AMAZING, TERRIFIC, and so much more. Second, once you have ordered your food it will come in 15 or less minutes! Third, once you come into the restaurant, (you may have to wait in a line) the hostess will ask you for your name and phone number, if you want to be seated outside or inside, and how long the wait time is (about 20 minutes). Lastly, you should definitely consider coming to Jack's if you're feeling hungry! (They serve breakfast until 2:00pm and lunch all day.) PS you HAVE to try the Mac and cheese!Vegetarian options: You could get the omelet (which is very good) if you are looking for something that is for vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: The hostess would ask you if you want a kid(s) menus. Plenty of options on the kids menu.“

“This was my first time to this restaurant, but I was not disappointed. I have significant food allergies, but I was able to make slight adjustments without any problem, and without any annoyance by our waitress. I had the beet salad and the deviled eggs, and both were delicious. I thought the pricing was fair and a good value for what was served. My salad proportion wise was very large. I would definitely go back if I am in the area.“

“Clayton Bar and Grill is our new local favorite. The food and drinks never disappoint. The eggplant sandwich is delicious, as well as the pesto chicken sandwich, all the burgers, the cheese curds, chicken wings, and the salads. The service is prompt and friendly, yet not overbearing. You will find a full menu with about 50 items and specials every night to keep things new. Every thing I've ordered has been almost gourmet level and delicious. The ownership is doing a superb job on the menu and food preparation.“

“This being my third time here it was really a great atmosphere, the breakfast was delicious. The restaurant is an excellent place to go for anytime of the day .A very enjoyable outdoor seating excellent service and even got the pleasure of having Chef Gerber greet our table to make sure all of our plates where on point.Great experience overall!!!!!“

The location in Google maps is incorrect and actual location is across the side street from the parking lot.Good food, very good and friendly service. Try the mushroom pizza, salmon, or chicken dish. They also have $7 sangria specials starting on Thursdays every week.The ambience is friendly and the decor is minimalist. The portions are big. You can see the impact of inflation in the prices.If you pay using the QR code (sends you to Toast) it includes tax for calculating tip percentages, which is not great. “I was skeptical because I judged a book by its cover but was blown away by this place. It's so yummy and filling. While the ambiance isn't anything to leave you speechless it does add character to KeunJib. I've been to some very nice looking places that have served some pretty terrible food so trust me on this that they may be attached to a bowling alley but do not sleep on this place. I ordered the bibimbap with beef and it was over flowing with fresh veggies, a fried egg and beef. They also use the purple rice which most Korean places around here just use regular white rice which I find a let down. I also had the tofu soup and it was delicious and perfect for a cold rainy day. It came with all the side dishes which were tasty. I am looking forward to coming back.“

“Fast food that doesn’t give you indigestion! (5/5 Green Stars) On the downside – the items (e.g., fries) are not dripping in fat. On the plus side, the items are not dripping in fat! It may take a while to get used to the healthier version of fast food, but think of it this way – it’s actually nourishing your body instead of poisoning it. The signature burger, made from organic quinoa and mushrooms is so much better for you than a burger made from meat. Same deal for the planet, with organic and 100% plant-based ingredients. I’m giving Next Level Burger 5/5 Green Stars for social and environmental impact for the following reasons: • 100% plant-based. Obvious major benefits to animals, society and the planet. • Organic ingredients. Again, benefits to the planet and society. • All packaging, down to the straws, is compostable. That’s the best way to manage the waste stream for this kind of restaurant. • Next Level has supported groups like BLM and Covid healthcare workers. • Founders advocate for plant-based food to deal with climate.“

“We are so lucky to have the Creekside Grill in our community! The food is great, the service is friendly, and the environment is beautiful. The salmon is delivered daily, and always perfectly cooked. There are several salads to choose from, and the lamb shank is one of the best I have ever had. If something isn't perfect, then they will make it right if you speak up. Our latest fave is the salmon mousse appetizer! They even serve special menus on holidays, and one of my nephews remarked that his Thanksgiving dinner was the best meal he had EVER had!The staff are so caring for those with mobility issues, often helping those that need to use walkers or wheelchairs.A very special place that we frequent often.“

“My family and I love Xenia Bistro. The food is tasty and the customer service is A+. (Jordan was our server tonight) I had salmon with risotto and vegetables. The Salmon was fabulous. It was the best I've had in a while, It was grilled to perfection. They changed their menu to offer more options. My fussy eater son had steak, mashed potatoes, and green beans. “Love the Nordstrom Marketplace Cafe. Their food always tastes so great! Favorite is the chicken meatball penne pasta. I wish I can have it all time. Serves are always pleasant. I literally always eat the marketplace in different states and I never had a disappointment. Glad they always good food and desserts.“

“I have been a bay club gym member for many years, and always enjoy occasional lunch/take out from this place. Food usually very fresh and tasty. My favorite is fish tacos and veggie California bowl. My kids favorite is burger and chicken tenders. There soup of the day is good and kid friendly. My only wish that they have more vegan friendly options and whole grains,instead of white rice.They have plenty of tables outside overlooking the pool area. Inside you can seat in the general launch area or at restaurant's tables and order your food from menu or at the bar.Service is friendly, but on a slower side. I think they still understaffed since Covid.“

The seafood was fresh including shrimp, mussels, and clams.Fat Maddie’s is located in the indoor/outdoor mall next to the Blackhawk Museum in Danville, CA. The restaurant is large, has an attractive bar, and a very pleasant outdoor patio with views of the pond, waterfalls, and geese. The patio is an excellent option for the warm days.The mall is attractive, but when I was there, Friday noon, there were only a few people in the mall; but Fat Maddie’s had about 10 tables with customers.The waiter was pleasant. There is plenty of free parking.“

“My husband introduced me to this place after his boss introduced it to him. When he has to go into the office (he now works from home), he tries to stop by Monster Wings. He said that it is SO much better than Wing Stop. I'm a vegetarian and it's hard to find great tasting food that mimics meat. This place, by far, has the best vegetarian wings. There is so many flavors to choose from and they're all so good. I HIGHLY recommend this place.“
