“Never been in this place but heard the food is very good. Went in and they had a great choice to choose from but decided to play it safe on my first visit. Order the Roast Beef Dip with fries. I’m telling you the meat was so tender, au jus was perfect and the bread was so fresh I would have bet it just came out of the oven. Add to that some friendly service and all equals a Great! Lunch, I’ll be back to experience other menu items.“

Went here with our travel group of 9. Everyone really liked their food with one exception. Two people got the sliders and said they were thin and a little over done. The rest really enjoyed food ranging from Ahi Salad, California stack, grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup and a few others.

Our server Ashley was simply amazing. She was very personable and informative. She had an awesome personality as well.

The one thing we couldn't understand was how they priced their beer. They offer pints, pub glasses and half yards. It really surprised us that the half yards (which are the biggest) were the most expensive by the ounze. It's better to get 2 pub glasses.“

“I love Saizon - I think it’s one of my top choices in Fresno to eat at for special occasions. I’ve been there many times and most recently it was for oysters and drinks. I think they have a really good menu. Their grilled oysters are to die for. I usually love the Truffle Mac and cheese, the chicken taquitos and the sirloin. The restaurant itself is beautiful - I personally love their patio that is always my first choice. Overall highly recommend!“

“I can't say enough great things about Ernesto, the manager at Houston Hot Chicken in Fresno! Every single time I come in, he makes the experience amazing from start to finish. The moment you walk through the door, he welcomes you with such a genuine smile and positive attitude that you instantly feel appreciated as a customer.What really sets Ernesto apart is how much he cares. Even when the restaurant is busy, he takes the time to come by our table and check on us to make sure everything is perfect and that we're enjoying our meal. That level of customer service is so rare to find these days. He's incredibly outgoing, professional, and one of the hardest-working managers I've ever seen. No matter how packed the restaurant gets, he stays calm, organized, and keeps everything running smoothly without ever making customers feel like they're being rushed or ignored. You can tell he truly leads by example and cares about both his team and every person who walks through the doors.
Because of Ernesto, Houston Hot Chicken has become one of my favorite places to eat. Great food is important, but exceptional customer service is what keeps people coming back, and Ernesto delivers that every single time. Houston Hot Chicken is lucky to have him as a manager. “This was our first time at Max's. Our server Jax was so sweet and stayed on top of everything. I got the Kobe Meatloaf which was amazing! My husband got the Ribeye Special, which was yummmmy. Prices are very reasonable! Their mango tea was awesome and even their beer prices were cheap. We got their Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee and yea. Safe to say we ate too much but it was just an overall great experience. Also, having a reservation was nice. We got seated immediately. Some other reviews mentioned the atmosphere being loud... we didn't experience that at all. It was lively but we could still have a normal conversation. This will be a regular stop for us moving forward.“

I think others will remember but I saw the best fighting performance by this white boy who came into the patio, and he was disrespected by his lady, he took on about 10 guys and cleared out the whole patio. Wish I knew who he was but I have never seen a guy take on so many and clear out a place. He is a legend, and in his defense he did nothing wrong, I hope he is always welcome to The Point!“
