This version is pretty good. Salmon was done really well. Elk chops excellent. Shrimp Caesar salad.
Their version of French onion soup was not to my taste because the fennel seed made me taste Italian sausage, not caramelized onions.“

“Honestly that was a good sandwich. Grilled patties, caramelized onions, Pastrami. It’s rich and balanced. Fries were good too. Crispy and well seasoned. Thick cuts. But 23$ for that sandwich is insane. Probably will go back to starving on ski days.“

“The menu offers a long list of wonderfully prepared items. Service was impeccable. Our server, Ryan, is super friendly and entertaining. The manager (0wner?) is very friendly and welcoming.
