“Honestly that was a good sandwich. Grilled patties, caramelized onions, Pastrami. It’s rich and balanced. Fries were good too. Crispy and well seasoned. Thick cuts. But 23$ for that sandwich is insane. Probably will go back to starving on ski days.“

“We’ve been here for food before, but tonight we decided to come for drinks and music. The ambiance is unbearable: beautiful piano music (thanks Jen!) and delicious drinks. My wife had the Bee’s Knees and I had the Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned. Both were delicious. There weren’t many people and it was quiet and peaceful. There’s nothing like a rustic cabin, beautiful music, and tasty drinks to wind down an evening. Thanks for a great experience!“

“Excellent service and amazing dinner . Mahi Mahi was delicious and our server was super nice and friendly . Highly recommended.“
“FREE! Really like parking here and using it as "a home base" for our ski day. Small lot fills quickly, but you can drop off skiers close to the lifts and find ample parking along side of road. We bring a picnic lunch and usually manage to get a closer spot at lunchtime. The Mill Cafe has decent food choices, too.“

“Morrison's has a great atmosphere. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a world cup game. The bartender Casey is a skilled mixologist, and makes an outstanding Old Fashion. The nachos were tasty and had plenty of toppings. Going back for a dinner soon.“

“Great food and really good service. Friendly staff! We love the upstairs dining room, well-stocked bar and beautiful views. It’s the only place we go out to eat when we are in town. The mud pie is to die for!“

“This restaurant is located on the second floor inside Monmouth Mountain In, which makes is convenient and one of very few dining options in the area. Restaurant is beautiful, well maintained and offers plenty of seating. Service is good and staff is very friendly. Food, however, could be better considering a price tag of $32-$48 per main dish. Both the salmon and fingerling potatoes were very greasy; short rib fries appetizer is just chunks of meat on top of fries with a bit of marinated onions of squirts of mayo; rosemary airline chicken breast is tiny and dry and mashed potatoes don’t have much flavor at all.“

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! We took our two kids and grandparents and everything was delightful: the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The waiters went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one from trying beers to find the exact one we wanted, to splitting our plates without asking. We were so pleased with the kindness and the food tasted great! We had the brusselsprouts, salmon, and chicken sandwich.“
“Bloody Marys are masterfully crafted, perfectly peppery, and just the right amount of spiciness. The Mill is the perfect on mountain spot to grab a drink and hang out in a lounge chair. I got an order of the chili cheese fries and was pleasantly surprised! While there's not a lot of indoor seating, there's plenty of outdoor hightops by the bar that open up quickly as well as patio tables and lounge chairs closer to the lifts.“
“No idea if the food here is objectively good but I'm still obsessed with their breakfast (esp the fluffy pancakes) weeks after stopping to eat on my JMT trip. I tried to make my own pancakes at home because I couldn't stop thinking about them! A bit pricey but they give you so much food, it was amazing!“

“We had a great lunch at The Yodler Restaurant & Bar during our visit to Mammoth Lakes, and it was exactly what we were looking for after a morning of exploring.
The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and has that classic mountain lodge feel. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.
We ordered the bratwurst with fries, a giant Bavarian pretzel with three dipping sauces, a fresh house salad, and a local dark beer. Everything was delicious. The bratwurst was juicy and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the pretzel was huge, fresh, and came with excellent mustard, cheese, and dipping sauces. The salad was fresh, colorful, and a nice balance to the meal. The beer was cold and paired perfectly with the food.
The portions are generous, the prices are fair for the area, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re in Mammoth Lakes and want great German-inspired comfort food with a relaxed atmosphere, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
We’ll absolutely come back the next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!“

“The menu offers a long list of wonderfully prepared items. Service was impeccable. Our server, Ryan, is super friendly and entertaining. The manager (0wner?) is very friendly and welcoming. Our friends of many years claim it was the best meal we have ever had together. Thanks for making our evening a real pleasure.“
