“I'm so happy there is this second location in Mammoth! I already love the Big Bear Cafe Crepe, and two is better than one 😃 The complete (egg, cheese...and you can even add spinach and garlic spread) is my favorite. Make sure you check em out if you're in Mammoth or Big Bear Lake!“

“Hi - I travelled all over California, from Australia. Black Velvet Coffee made us HANDS DOWN the best cup of coffee in the state. The staff were friendly, the venue is Excellent - MAN - I can't wait to get back to Mammoth to have another coffee :) note: most Australians drink Espresso - and these guys KNEW how to properly prepare espresso and frothed milk drinks. THANK GOD for this shop! Y'all rock!“

“This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but I wanted to recognize Liz. This was our second visit, and she once again provided amazing service. Despite of staff challenges, Liz handled the situation professionally and made sure we were taken care of. She stayed on top of everything—helping guests, supporting the rest of the staff, and stepping in wherever she was needed. her positive attitude makes a big difference. Thank you, Liz, for making us feel so welcomed.“

“The most dynamic event space in all of Mammoth Lakes. Tell me where else you can wake up for some 5 star brunch, take a *free* shuttle up to ride the slopes all day, come home to warm up with some comfort food, take a nap, throw on some glitter, then walk back in to find a full on PARTY.
This is more than just a bar but a third space for the local community and tourists alike. Plus, the food is delicious! You can’t go wrong, there are so many options for yummy elevated comfort food. They also to group orders and catering.

“Incredible place but it is very busy, for good reason. It’s hard to find a Dutch bakery anymore so I was very excited to find many of my favorites…especially the butter almond cookies. The cream puff is a definite must — actual real filling, not just a bunch of whip cream.“

“We come up from Los Angeles a family of four and this place absolutely does the trick when it comes to prices and quality. There are a few places in that area in the village that are just tourist traps overpriced for service poor quality I am so surprised at the quality of the New York Deli Bakery it's just good and cheap and they really catered to all crowds don't even pack your lunch for the day if you're going to go on the mountain or for a hike the warm packet for you it's an awesome place“

“The Mexican mocha latte is maybe a little too sweet for me but still very good. I went back for it again. To be fair I didn’t ask for it to be made less sweet and I’m sure they would if asked, but it was early and the thought didn’t cross my mind until later lol.
