“I have been going to New China for years. Through new owners and all. I am never disappointed with the food and have fallen so hard for a couple of the menu options that I simply must go at least once a week to get it. This top menu item on MY list is Salt and Pepper Chicken. It is SO crunchy and fresh every single time I get it. The chicken crisps are so incredibly yummy that it makes me just sit there and NOT TALK (which is a miracle in itself). I just enjoy the flavors. Then I take home the rest of that dinner and enjoy it for lunch the next day after reheating it in my air fryer. Their potstickers and soups and so many other things are so much fun. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
