The owners are very friendly and welcoming.
We got a blended Thai tea with honey boba and a Taro milk tea with honey boba.
Both drinks were delicious and not too sweet like other shops.
Which was greatly appreciated.
Prices are reasonable.
This shop does charge for the boba but it's only .75 cents which isn't that much.
I do prefer shops that give the boba free of charge but it's ok.
Overall V tea house is pretty good and we'd most definitely return.“

“Good, strong coffee. The place is very spacious. Has plenty of outlets for students or for doing work. High top tables with stools and plenty of low top tables and chairs. They have a book check out wall similar to a library. Entrance in the front and the back. They have merchandise by the order window and art and plants for sale inside. Parking can be difficult, especially on the weekends. Large menu. You're sure to find something. LGBTQ+ friendly. It did take over 10 minutes for a pour over with no one else in the store. Other than that the place was very cool.“

I will say, mine had regular amount of sugar, but still not sweet enough even after stirring and shaking well. I got the hokkaido and it was pretty good. It tasted like caramel toffee and oolong combined. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. The boba wad also more on the firm side.

“Tealove is now my new favorite for Boba. I used to go to another place very similar to this one and very close on Valley blvd. " I don't want to list the name," but every time I went there. They made me feel very uncomfortable with their attitudes, like it bugged them when I ordered my drinks. I like to see a smile, not a frown. So, one day, I walk into Tealove, and I actually get greeted by an employee who actually seemed happy to work there. So now this is the place where I take my money too. The drinks are great and they have a nice variety of drinks, very colorful ones too. The sizes aren't limited like other places. They have small to jumbo size. Tea Love also offers different levels of sweetness to your drinks from 0 percent sweet to I believe it's 110 percent sweet for your drink. My favorite drink is the Jazime Honey Green Tea with Lychee jelly. In jumbo size. Lol“

“I’ve tried a ton of boba spots around Chicago, but Krak Boba in Riverside has easily become my new favorite. Their drinks are straight-up next level—especially the Frapstar. Oh my gosh, the Frapstar with chocolate is pure perfection. Creamy, rich, perfectly balanced sweetness, and that chocolate hits so good every single time. It’s dangerously addictive.
What I love most is how customizable everything is. You can really make each drink your own, and they never miss on the execution. The quality and consistency are top-tier.
Huge shoutout to the incredible Trina! She is an absolute GEM. Every time she’s on shift, the experience goes from great to unforgettable. She’s so efficient, friendly, and genuinely cares about getting every drink right. You can tell she puts love into each cup she makes. It’s rare to find that kind of energy and attention to detail. We don’t get to see her as often as we’d like, but whenever she’s there, it makes our whole day better. Management needs to know—they’ve got a superstar on their team!

Vibe was chill. The aircon worked amazingly. The service was pleasant.

“This place was good and offered great fresh poke but recently it has gone down hill and closed sometimes I've gone due too staffing the rice was under cooked poke had a funny taste to it and sauces had no flavor. Like I said it was good before about a year ago.“

* Mongolian Beef: This was easily some of the best I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and sautéed with fresh carrots, bell peppers, and onions in a special sauce that hits all the right notes.

* Vermicelli Combination: You can tell everything is made to order and uses high-quality ingredients. Their spring rolls with rice vermicelli and peanut hoisin sauce are fresh, light, and packed with flavor.

What truly made the night, though, was the phenomenal owner working behind the counter. She was welcoming and positive and very helpful. The service here is immaculate—the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the owner clearly takes immense pride in the business. Our food came out super fast, and the portions were very generous for the price.

“A great place for a Green Apple slush! I was at the mall hanging out before a wedding reception so I had time to waste. I saw that this place had the Green Apple slush so I knew I wanted to try it here since it's one of my favorite slush. The employees were very friendly, the only reason I give 1 less star is because the cup was very sticky and it looked like they spilled some. My fiancée decided to ask me to get her a Thai Tea so I came back like 10 minutes later to get her drink. It was also leaking from the cup cover but I had paper towels in my car.“
