From the moment you walk into this clean, quiet, and relaxing spot right across from CSUSB, you feel right at home.
The food is on another level. We ordered:

* Mongolian Beef: This was easily some of the best I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and sautéed with fresh carrots, bell peppers, and onions in a special sauce that hits all the right notes.

* Vermicelli Combination: You can tell everything is made to order and uses high-quality ingredients. Their spring rolls with rice vermicelli and peanut hoisin sauce are fresh, light, and packed with flavor.

What truly made the night, though, was the phenomenal owner working behind the counter. She was welcoming and positive and very helpful. The service here is immaculate—the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the owner clearly takes immense pride in the business. Our food came out super fast, and the portions were very generous for the price.

“We stopped here for lunch and I'm so glad we did! I had the Strawberry delight smoothie. It was fresh and delicious. We also tried the Cream cheese and Red bean Taiyaki. They were both perfectly sweet and flavorful. I will definitely be returning soon.“

The owners are very friendly and welcoming.
We got a blended Thai tea with honey boba and a Taro milk tea with honey boba.
Both drinks were delicious and not too sweet like other shops.
Which was greatly appreciated.
Prices are reasonable.
This shop does charge for the boba but it's only .75 cents which isn't that much.
I do prefer shops that give the boba free of charge but it's ok.
Overall V tea house is pretty good and we'd most definitely return.“

I will say, mine had regular amount of sugar, but still not sweet enough even after stirring and shaking well. So if you want it sweet, ask for more sugar, because I relying on the boba more for the sweetness. But great flavor of the tea. Will try again“

“I’ve tried a ton of boba spots around Chicago, but Krak Boba in Riverside has easily become my new favorite. Their drinks are straight-up next level—especially the Frapstar. Oh my gosh, the Frapstar with chocolate is pure perfection. Creamy, rich, perfectly balanced sweetness, and that chocolate hits so good every single time. It’s dangerously addictive.
What I love most is how customizable everything is. You can really make each drink your own, and they never miss on the execution. The quality and consistency are top-tier.
Huge shoutout to the incredible Trina! She is an absolute GEM. Every time she’s on shift, the experience goes from great to unforgettable. She’s so efficient, friendly, and genuinely cares about getting every drink right. You can tell she puts love into each cup she makes. It’s rare to find that kind of energy and attention to detail. We don’t get to see her as often as we’d like, but whenever she’s there, it makes our whole day better. Management needs to know—they’ve got a superstar on their team!

“To my surprise, Mochi Lion is actually under new management and ownership now. The transformation is incredible as the space is way cleaner, the new menu is much tastier, and the drinks are absolutely spot on. What a night and day difference. I highly recommend checking out the new and improved Mochi Lion!“

“I ordered the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and a Stawberry Oolong tea with boba. They were both pretty good. Boba balls were soft, but small.

Vibe was chill. The aircon worked amazingly. The service was pleasant.

The only thing I didn’t like was the mini boba balls (pearls). I like big balls for my boba.“

tea boba I been in love. Sadly this is the only one close to my house and I wish they would open more stores closer to neighborhoods. Either way I always crave their coffees and their food is so good. Every employee is very kind and always treat you with respect.“

They even have a kitchen in the back where they cook the taro and mung beans etc so that their taro milk tea doesn’t just come from a “powder” but from actual taro. I believe they even have a specialist in charge of quality control of their teas. All in all, they use authentic and high quality materials. It is totally worth the drive to find a 7 Leaves.
