“This is mine and my husband's go-to local sushi spot, especially after a long day. Service is great and the food not only comes out fast, but always comes out tasting great and never disappoints. I always order the chicken yakisoba and the baked salmon roll. This time my husband wanted spicy tuna and I wanted a crunch roll. The waitress saw that we couldn't decide which one to get, knowing we didn't want to order both, she recommended the spicy tuna crunch roll...which is now one of my favorites there. The seafood used in the rolls always tastes fresh and all their combined ingredients make the dishes mouth watering. The atmosphere makes you feel at home and the prices are all reasonable. Service is always great and their waitresses are so friendly and helpful.“

“I was skeptical at first Small place. Parking lot was Packed (Saturday evening) but we were seated promptly. Servers were on point. Portions were substantial and the food was great. Good sushi.. fish was fresh and rolls were neatly dressed and cut. I definitely recommend calling in advance for sure. Great pitstop on my way back up the hill. Will definitely visit again.“

“The food is made fresh and served hot. The flavors were really nice, I got the spicy chicken and it was awesome. The plate size is big, for something lighter go with a bowl. Food was served pretty quickly after ordering. A go to spot for me now“

“It's pretty good I wish they would give u a little more. The best place I've went to so far is hibachi on time the portion they give is alot more and it's on $30 bucks but any way. I anit mad midnight taste very good steak was very soft and everything was seasoned very well. I will be back because my favorite place anit open any more?. The told me $38 but when I got there it was $43 I guess because taxes or something and that was the first time I had to pay taxes on a food truck I don't know maybe because I got 2 extra yum yum sauces, the sauce is good to. This is about experience right so I'm giving my 2 cent if u know what u mean. Overall it was good out of my top 3 hibachi trucks they are 1 because both of the other places anit open anymore right now. I guess u can say it's worth it. I wish it was a little more though I had to fight my kids for it because it wasn't enough ?. They loved it.“

“Without a doubt this is the best sushi I’ve had in the IE! The ingredients were utterly fresh and everything melted in our mouths!
They’ve got a great selection of beers, Sapporo, Kirin Ichiban, Orion and Asahi, and a dozen or so delicious rolls to choose from!
Our favorite was the yellow tale, it was the most simple roll we ordered, which let the flavor of the fish shine. But everything was excellent!
The staff is so friendly, patient, and genuinely nice. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning!“

“I finally made my way to try Kotsu Ramen and Gyoza a few weeks ago and fell in love with the Kotsu Kick deluxe. I have been back a few times since and really enjoy coming to enjoy a meal. Delicious flavor, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. I hope to try more on the menu in the future!“

“During our initial visit as a family of four, we dined at one of the non-hibachi tables. The meal was delightful, and the service was satisfactory. Upon receiving the bill, I observed that a gratuity had been included, which I found unusual ,but did not question it as we were pressed for time to attend a movie. On our second visit, however, no gratuity was pre-applied to the bill. This led me to wonder about the discrepancy. In the future, I will certainly be more attentive to and inquire about the details of the bill.“

“Everything I tasted was delicious! The 2 item and 3 item combos are the best deals on their menu. Their all-you-can-eat is around $34 per person. The place itself is old but maintained and it feels nice to have table service. I tried the 2 item combo of beef teriyaki and gyoza pork dumplings, tofu soup, salad, crunch roll, spicy pork, and baked salmon roll. I look forward to returning again.“

“This Saturday I came to this location for my first time, and must I say it was an extraordinary experience. Out of all the sushi restaurants I’ve visited over countless years this one has by far, had the best customer service. There was a female server aswell as this younger boy and they were extremely kind and friendly. The food made by the shared chefs was absolutely delicious as well. Overall a wonderful experience.“

I’ve had sushi from so many places, but THIS spot blows every other one out of the water. The food is insanely fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic — like melt-in-your-mouth good. The sushi chef (I didn’t catch his name, but he deserves a trophy) is not only incredibly skilled, but also so kind and welcoming. It was my first time here and he surprised me with a free roll on the house — who does that anymore?!
This place is a diamond in the rough and I’m honestly shocked it’s not already famous. If you’re even thinking about trying it, GO. RIGHT. NOW. You’ll thank me later.“

“I got the Steak and Shrimp bowl with brown rice and veggies…it was really good and flavorful but I wasn’t pleased that the shrimp wasn’t cleaned…the mud vein clearly visible on the 5 shrimp in the bowl…I picked the shrimp out and ate the steak…paid $12 for a bowl been nice if the shrimp were cleaned…won’t stop me from eating there again, I just won’t order any shrimp.“

“We found this place on a whim and found a gem in this area. They have a homemade sauce that pairs well with our meal . We even bought a bottle and the chef in the back gave us some chili oil that had a lot of heat. We got seafood and it was satisfying. Definitely coming back.“
