“We hosted my daughter in law’s baby shower at Columbia Kate’s Teahouse on Sunday 1/11 and it was everything she wanted it to be. Delicious food with many options available at a reasonable price. It was cool outside but nice and cozy in the little room. Our guest of honor chose lemon blueberry and apricot scones (which come with jams, butter, and lemon curd); power blend salad; chicken salad and cucumber tea sandwiches; and cheesecake for dessert. She also chose lavender lemonade which everyone seemed to love, as well as Berry Blast tea. The food was a big hit, the service was excellent, and our mama to be was stunning. Perfect way to celebrate new life, and we will definitely be back.”

“I am usually so much better at capturing our meals however we were starving and here on lunch from work so I only snapped one photo.
Morelia is one of the best and most authentic Mexican kitchens in the area.
I usually get the taquitos, but decided to change it up. I got the carnitas super burrito which comes with a side of rice and beans. This was delicious and huge I was able to take half back to the office for lunch the next day.
They always start us off with a mixed basket of chips, one of the only places that offers both flour and corn tortilla chips, and a bowl of house made salsa. We ordered some guacamole as well. Delicious as always.
My friend got the enchilada plate also very delicious. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. No matter when you come in they treat you like family.
The restaurant is small and family owned and it feels like you are going into their home with the love and care they put into their food. Its a simple decor restaurant but the food is the state.
Their garlic soup is killer.”

“On a day trip down 49 from Sutter Creek we stumbled into Goodness Cafe mostly because we could bring our dog to the outside dinning area. What a fabulous place. So many choices. This is a delightful place with a wonderful staff. Our sandwiches were delicious. Can’t wait to try their empanadas. This is a treasure in Sonora. We will be back. Mike and Elizabeth and Annie the Border Collie!”

“A must have experience on this stretch of road. Yes it is in the mini mart. Everything was delicious, tender and plentiful. Upset there was no more ribs or pulled pork by 2pm when we came but tried the brisket, sausage and turkey. Seating is small and truck stop feeling.
Is come back next time i come here.”

“We had such a wonderful experience at Indigeny Reserve for the cider tasting with the added-on spirits tasting. From start to finish, it felt thoughtful, relaxed, and genuinely special.

Chris was an amazing host — incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and engaging. He took the time to walk us through each cider and spirit, shared great stories, and made the experience feel personal rather than rushed or scripted. You could really tell he cared about making sure we had a great time, and he truly made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

We also loved that the space is both dog-friendly and kid-friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free for our whole group. It’s not easy to find a place that truly accommodates everyone, and Indigeny does it beautifully.

The ciders were delicious and unique, and the spirits tasting was the perfect complement — such a fun and elevated add-on that made the visit even more memorable. The setting is beautiful and inviting, making it an ideal spot to slow down and enjoy the experience.

As well there are healthy options here too for breakfast, though I’m often challenged not to pick the lemon rolls! And Sarah, the owner and baker, is pretty cool! 😎”
