“We had lunch there on 12/16 this year and it was delicious and a fun environment and experience. The Pasty, a rarity among West coast restaurant offerings, is fantastic, every bit as good as one made in Michigan's Upper Peninsula where the Cornish copper miners enjoyed a pasty for lunch. The right smell when you cut into it, the crust was perfect and the flavor can't be beat. Highly recommended.”

“Stopped by today and picked up two Pasties- one beef and one veg. They were delicious for our dinner! Also got scones and a turnover. I keep forgetting to go there but have never been disappointed. A jewel in Columbia.”

“Whenever I see mole on the menu, I have to try it. This sauce was exceptionally good. My husband had a combination of chili relleno and steak taco, also very good. Service was good and portions were good.”

“First of all the staff is top notch. Friendly and fast service. The pork belly eggs Benny was magically delicious. The pork melted like butter, and the hollandaise sauce was fabulous. I would drive the 18 hours from Canada just to eat here again. thank you for the great experience.”

“Yianni's is a long established Greek restaurant in downtown Sonora. Not sure of its backstory but it feels like a family-run business. I had a Gyro and Greek fries - both were delicious and generously portioned. Service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“I’ve yet to find a baked good I didn’t like here! 🥳 Amazing sweet treats along with a coffee and tea bar make this a super morning spot! As well there are healthy options here too for breakfast, though I’m often challenged not to pick the lemon rolls! And Sarah, the owner and baker, is pretty cool! 😎”

“I am usually so much better at capturing our meals however we were starving and here on lunch from work so I only snapped one photo.
Morelia is one of the best and most authentic Mexican kitchens in the area.
I usually get the taquitos, but decided to change it up. I got the carnitas super burrito which comes with a side of rice and beans. This was delicious and huge I was able to take half back to the office for lunch the next day.
They always start us off with a mixed basket of chips, one of the only places that offers both flour and corn tortilla chips, and a bowl of house made salsa. We ordered some guacamole as well. Delicious as always.
My friend got the enchilada plate also very delicious. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. No matter when you come in they treat you like family.
The restaurant is small and family owned and it feels like you are going into their home with the love and care they put into their food. Its a simple decor restaurant but the food is the state.
Their garlic soup is killer.”

“We stopped by here on our way to a camping trip. It’s located just behind a gas station, so it was a little tricky to find.
It was my first time trying Texas-style BBQ, and it was absolutely delicious! My whole family loved it. The kids especially enjoyed the pork burger with its sweet seasoning, while the adults thought the beef burger with sauce was outstanding. The pickles on the side were also fantastic!
We even came back the next day to get takeout and enjoyed it at home. Just a quick warm-up made it taste just as amazing.
The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Honestly, if this place were closer to home, I’d want to come every week!”

“Stopped for a light dinner. Friday night was busy. I had the Lobster King Roll and it was excellent. Had the miso soup on the side and it was very good. No Tappan available.”
“We had such a wonderful experience at Indigeny Reserve for the cider tasting with the added-on spirits tasting. From start to finish, it felt thoughtful, relaxed, and genuinely special.
Chris was an amazing host — incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and engaging. He took the time to walk us through each cider and spirit, shared great stories, and made the experience feel personal rather than rushed or scripted. You could really tell he cared about making sure we had a great time, and he truly made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
We also loved that the space is both dog-friendly and kid-friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free for our whole group. It’s not easy to find a place that truly accommodates everyone, and Indigeny does it beautifully.
The ciders were delicious and unique, and the spirits tasting was the perfect complement — such a fun and elevated add-on that made the visit even more memorable. The setting is beautiful and inviting, making it an ideal spot to slow down and enjoy the experience.
Highly recommend this tasting, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Chris as your host. We’ll definitely be back! 🍎🥂”

“I took a relative here for her first time today and we had a lovely lunch. We all enjoyed the food that we got. My aunt got the quiche Lorraine with a simple side salad and she was so happy with how yummy and fresh everything was. My mom got the apple walnut salad with their house-made apple cider dressing and she ate the whole thing. I got a turkey club add avocado and a side of sweet potato fries with their homemade ranch. It was alll soooo amazing. I just love how fresh everything is. I tried some of the dressing from my mom’s salad and kept pouring it on my sandwich, that’s how good everything was! Not to mention our server (Eli I believe his name was) was super attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!”

“We absolutely love Yoshoku! We have tried several ramen bowls and love all of them. The online ordering system is easy to navigate and well designed. I would suggest for anyone new to Yoshoku if you have any questions about the spice level, please call them. For me, I like a little spice so when given the option I choose G2. So far we had the Spicy Miso, Spicy Tomkatsu, the Tan Tan, Kango, and the Light Garlic. This is our new Hot Spot in Sonora!✌️❤️”

“Had a deli sandwich here. Second time we have eaten here. First time was better. This time, sandwich was kind of mediocre. It was really dry, with mayo only on about half of the bread. Could not even tell if it had cheese on it. The roast beef was pretty good, though. $11.99 for a so-so sandwich. Probably try it again, but definitely not super great.”
