“We had to make an unplanned stop at this Carls Jr due to an emergency. The carls Jr supervisor, Carlos Renoso, was friendly and helpful to all the customers. The food was great, service was fast, and the restaurant was very well-run. I recommend this location if you are looking for a quick meal or need to take a break while traveling on highway 5 through the LA area.“

“Stopped by this location christmas eve morning. It was right in the middle of the storm. Locations wasnt very busy, service was pretty quick and food taste better than expected. Chicken nuggets weren't over fried or old tasting like most locations do now a days. Chicken nuggets taste like real Chicken, the whoppers weren't cold and the tater tots weren't old. Honestly the best food my family has had from a burger kind in a few years now. Thank you to the gentleman that was there that morning, he was really kind and he offered coupons.“

He's probably new and still needs to learn a bit more English, I understand. But he shouldn't be at drive through yet till he gains more customer service experience and training. 😕“

“I’ve placed 2 orders so far since they’ve been open and they have forgotten items that you’re charged extra for example the guacamole. Last Friday I ordered 4 meals and they completely forgot one of them. On top of that, the meal they forgot I thought was my husband’s because of how the other meals were labeled with the name. Come to find out upon opening the burrito bowl they put the wrong label on his meal with my name on it and my meal was actually the one missing. So, I had nothing to eat for dinner. Usually chipotle is great, but this location sucks! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Management needs to train their employees better. Tighten up Chipotle!!“

“Mgr Brianna made my day!! A different McD got our entire order wrong. Didn't realize the mistake until we were on the freeway. Stopped by to gas up at costco. Swung by this drive thru & asked if they could help us with our order. She patiently listened as I explained the mistake by the other restaurant (i provided our receipts). She made it right, made an exception for us & fixed it without any hesitation.

“This is the first time at this Waba grill location. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly by Ana, the cashier. I told her it was our first time so she introduced us to the deals they have. We decided on the plate. I asked if they had room temperature drinks and Chris, another employee took that further step to walk to the back of the store and check. Of course I was accommodated. My visit today was a very pleasant one. The food was delicious and the service superb! I will for sure visit very soon! Thank you team for your professionalism!“

I am obsessed with Subway salads. My go to is the cold cut combo.
If you know me, you know that I am the biggest lover of pickles so whenever I order anything, whether it’s a burger, sandwich or salad, I always ask for extra pickles. Normally I have to ask the person to add more if you’re making a salad for me, but in this case, the young lady behind the counter added just the perfect amount.

This is my first time at the citadel outlets, and I couldn’t wait to get my salad so happy there is a subway here.“

“I have almost always bought in this place when I leave work on Saturdays but I have never been treated so well like this day when I arrived around 2:00 pm and a young man with short hair, very friendly, even though he was the only one serving me, served me. and busy, he attended to me with great kindness, patience, and spoke to me very well in Spanish, because by the way I am a somewhat complicated customer and I almost never take the time to leave a review but unfortunately I did not have the cash to leave a tip and therefore That's what I write now. “Food was great as always also the employee John was very aware of my visit and didn't ignore me as I walked up to the counter like some other places that have kiosks in the lobby. He had answer for my question and also went beyond the call of duty and made sure my 50 plus $ order had the biggest juiciest well fed birds in the family deal. Also before leaving with my order made sure I had all the condiments required and even tossed in a extra biscuit for the wait, which he didn't have to do but was much appreciated. Bigs ups to John, every food service worker should take notes he deserves a raise. I will definitely be returning to this location as it is my home location.
