“They have cute macaroons and large cookies as well as ice cream of you wanted cookie sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie was just right. Not too gooey. The price is just slightly above average but considering the style of macaroons, its would be justified. The artful details on the cookie would be worth with if it was a little bit larger. The attendant was helpful when I asked for ingredients on the cookies due to my food allergies. He was pleasant. “626 Ice Cream is a fun and funky and eclectic place. They had music playing outside with small plastic chairs and limited seating inside. Oh and they serve unusual flavored ice cream. They also have non dairy ice cream as well for those that are lactose intolerant. It was quite tasty ice cream and recommended.“

“Some of the best ice cream can be found here! I was a bit reluctant at first but after trying a sample of the strawberry ice cream, I was hooked. “Wanna get some yummy ice cream after you’ve had a burger at Amboy? There’s a variety of unique flavors at Scoops, in which I got a red velvet & oreo + vanilla & m&m shake. Probably would recommend having ice cream rather than milkshake because I think you can savor it better. The flavor was sweet and creamy, but in hindsight, I would have chosen just one flavor for the shake.“

“I love eating fresh taiyaki that's hot off the pan! It does take a few minutes for them to make the taiyaki, but it's totally worth it. We ordered custard, Nutella, and red bean. They neatly labeled the flavors on the box so that you know which one is which.

There's some bar seating inside and a small table outside that can seat 4.

“Salt & Straw is an ice cream shop nestled on the iconic Sunset Blvd, in Silver Lake section of LA. This Orgeon based ice cream shop has a modest selection of handmade ice cream flavors. I rarely eat ice cream but today I was compelled due to 90 degree weather. I came and was given a perfunctory melancholic greeting by a young female staff. It was my first time tasting this brand of ice cream; I had a scoop of Coffee & Love Nuts flavor over a waffle cone which cost $8.15 bucks. Its texture was thicc, flavorful and very sweet. I had to drink water afterwards to ease the sweetness.

Service was on point. Staff needs to improve customer service greeting which was non-existent. Prices are okay. Overall, I liked my ice cream but I had better.“

“Best place I have ever gone too! The ice cream is delicious with many toppings that add to the impression and appearance of it. The quality of the ice cream rolls are much better than those of other places, and while it does take around 20 minutes to get your ice cream, it is completley worth it. “This ice cream shop is a pop-up (probably permanent pop-up) in The Shops at Santa Anita. I loved the free sample they offered! The server is so generous in offering the samples. The croffle is the best we’ve had for a long time, warm and so yummy. I especially enjoyed the matcha and hojicha, both made with ceremonial-grade tea. The ice cream did not disappoint me either. Totally recommend for sugar craves!“

“Born and raised in ELA been coming here since I was a kid and now that I've moved to the IE we still make time to come visit anytime we are in the area... My only complaint is that I believe they have recently changed the chocolate on the dipped cones which is one of my go to choices but this last time we visited the chocolate seemed like plastic and didn't even taste like chocolate 🤷 if you changed the chocolate to maybe save some money please go back, I don't think I'll ever have the dipped cone again if it doesn't go back to the previous chocolate or possibly it was a bad batch 🤷 also please bring back the butterscotch option for dipped cones 🤤otherwise my other option is always a banana split... Either way we will keep coming back for years to come, my kids always make sure to remind me to stop anytime we're in the area rain or shine“

this is a cash less business so bring your card or bring your electronic payment and to remember to if you have any food, allergies to almonds or cashews make sure you tell them when you come in But other than that, you don’t have to worry about any of that.

Good:
- Tofu donut was super unique, I couldn't tell that it was tofu
- The soft serve was amazing- so creamy and not too sweet, and the serving size was large enough for 2 people to share or maybe even 3!

Bad:
- Long lines! Super popular place so you'll wait about 10 min for your order outside and there's limited seating

The service was fantastic from the man working there and you can even have free samples to ensure you like your flavour before committing to a flavour. “This place has been around for as long as I can remember. We've stopped by mostly for their ice creams and drinks but recently hosted a large event and needed two 5-gallon of Agua Frescas. We brought our own vitroleros but they do offer rentals. The flavors we chose were Sandia and Limonada. Our guests LOVED it. I will continue to use their services in the future. Can't wait to try the Mangoneadas Diablitos and shakes!“

I got the taiyaki Cone, milk soft serve, black sesame paste with a sprinkle of crushed oreo. Major plus was that nothing was too sweet. The milk flavor could have been way stronger though.“
