Hard to believe the Bay Area's best croissants are not in Berkeley, Albany or San Francisco but are in fact behind the counter of a tiny bakery in Lafayette.

“5 stars for the amazing textures of all the pastries we’ve tried. The croissants had the same texture of the ones that I had in France and that’s really hard to come by around the area. We had the almond pastry, hash brown bread, croissant donut, pastry frank and maple sweet cream cold brew. Favorite ones were the hash brown bread, croissant donut and almond pastry. They offered to heat our warm items and it took 2 minutes total. Super quick and friendly. We loved the fact that you grab your own tray and tongs and grab your own items. The tables were also clean and there’s plenty of places to sit.“
