“Love this location very much, but the food court in the plaza and the Korean grocery store to the far right have closed/shutdown. Many Korean owned retail businesses and food stalls are gone. Entrance door to the mini mall has been sealed. It really kills the previous surrounding vibes. On the bright side, there's plenty of parking spaces in the lot now. Not much foot traffic here nowadays. You'll feel how dead the plaza has become during lunch hours on weekdays these days. Not the retailers or restaurants fault. Not many Koreans walking around either. Jang Su Jang Restaurant attracts the bulk of working class customers in the plaza these days. Even the noodle place to the far left is dead. Not as exciting as it used to be. I still came in for a good summer cucumber fresh drink, fruity mini croissant, blueberry cream pastry, and a pistachio donut. Delicious. Missed these days of just relaxing or having a cup of coffee/mocha/latte. Best items are still the rainbow cakes and chiffon cakes. I still enjoy their mini sandwiches. It's as fresh as their first day of opening. Working class customers are still at tables during break time chatting & working together. Not many locals visiting though. Things do grow even more expensive by the day. Cashiers always provided excellent customer service and keeps the place well maintained/clean and organized. They were still very motivated and inviting here. I really wish the grocery store down a few doors was still around. It was a great place to walk around before and after meals here. Food court always attracted my previous visits over five years ago. I used to bring international colleagues and friends here.Is the place still worth visiting? Absolutely. They still have a great selection of pastries, tarts, macarons, cakes, breads, sandwiches, beverages, etc. Everything looks beautiful. No lines on a Tuesday afternoon. Must love. Fill up your own water and grab your own napkins from their back counter area. It's still a great place to catch up with people for a good break or relaxing downtime. Maybe I will come back for those egg tarts and other donuts next time. I was always a fan of all beautiful Paris Baguette cakes. Cakes aren't cheap these days. Just under $50 for a whole cake and over $7 per slice now.“
“I have to say, Paris Baguette is one of my favorite places to order cake from! I've had an awesome experience each time. I ordered the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake and it was actually one of the best cakes I've ever tasted! It was a vanilla cake with whipped cream filling and strawberry. I love how light it was, how there was fruit on top, and how well the flavors blended together. Not to mention how beautiful it was! In addition, the service here is excellent. For cakes, I order online and pick it up in the store, and it's always ready, plus they give me materials like a cake cutter and candles! I've also been here casually to buy pastries, and the staff has always been friendly and quick. Overall, I've had a great experience here and would definitely recommend trying it here!“
“I appreciate any cafe these days that is a nice spot to do work at, since many don't have ample seating or wifi! Sue's Gallery cafe is spacious, has delicious drinks, and wifi! It's in a really nice spot that's quiet and not super busy, and there's some street parking nearby. I sat outside to do some work while the weather was nice, and it was a great experience. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but the vanilla latte and toast was delicious nonetheless.“

“I ordered cupcakes and a custom birthday cake for both of my kids birthday parties from cake+ and was extremely happy with the output, taste wise and the way it looked. Everyone who came to the party appreciated the cake's taste for the perfect amount of sweet, that people of all age category could enjoy. My daughter wanted a frozen theme cake and they gave me what I was looking for. My daughter was so excited to see the cake. Customer service was very pleasant. Would highly recommend this place!!“

The store is really spacious -- you can order your coffee & pastries for take out but there's also a whole section of the restaurant where you can sit down and eat as well. I really enjoyed the flat croissant. For me, it's the best part of the croissant -- the crispiness and flakiness of a croissant. The strawberry glaze and freeze-dried strawberries also added a nice touch. Would come back just for this. The almond croissant was pretty good but not amazing. The croissant itself was flaky and fluffy. The filling was good but personally thought there was too much filling so that's all you taste in eat bite. It's a little too overpowering and felt like I was mainly just eating that. 100% have to heat it up before eating -- otherwise, it tastes very mid. Overall, their desserts & pastries are yummy but don't think it's worth the drive here if you don't live in the area.“

“Newly remodel after 30+ years. Came in and I didn’t even recognized this place. They got a new outer shell but they’re still producing the same quality baked goods and sandwiches. My favorite treat is the mini pizzas and the stuff pork floss bread. The prices haven’t changed after the remodel, the service is still good and fast now with Apple Pay. I will always give this place 5 stars as I’ve been going here since I was 9.“

I enjoyed 2 savoury pastries: a ham & cheese croissant and the Lorraine croissant. I also tried a matcha mochi donut but it was underwhelming - I'm used to mochi donuts that are not as damp and more fluffy. The brewed coffee and Americano was also not impressive. But the cappuccino was passable. In general I'd come back for the pastries but not coffee. Really lovely service though! But note in the evenings, sometimes they only accept card payment and not cash.“

De Anza Blvd. If I have to compare, the De Anza is way better especially in terms of customer service.Had a tea time there in evening with the purchase of various goods to take home. I was impressed with their cake items but not pastries. Their cakes are soft, moist, fluffy and not as sweet, just the way I like it. The coconut strudel was below average, old and stale, maybe you need to toast it?Tarts were good. My fav were the matcha swiss roll and the crescent shaped cake with pork floss and cream in between, yummy! ?Their Thai tea in bottle was creamy with strong tea flavor, not very sweet. ?You'll get a holiday-themed tea cup for $1 for purchase of $25 at this time. The tea cups are lovely and of nice quality!Spacious and clean environment. Wish them to have more tables indoors and have an upgrade.For now I like everything about this cafe.Next time I am going to try their milk tea products.Recommend!“

“I love the pastries or bread there. I love the 85 cents deal on their coffee. The deal for the hot or cold coffee is not good of a deal as the Salted Sea Salt ice coffee for a large size but still worth it for their smaller size hot/cold coffee. I used to buy as much as I could for their Sea Salt Iced Coffee every Monday but now I just buy 1 hot and 1 cold coffee in some Mondays. Cashiers are very nice and friendly. Not sure about the workers that brings out the bake goods since they don’t really talk. One time I asked what kind of bread it is, but I think she didn’t understand me.“

My favorite items here are the garlic croissants and the curry bun. I don't quite recommend the drinks since they do take a while make and taste artificial, but they are very accommodating if you ask for adjustments.“
