“Tony the owner has done a terrific job in creating a local rotating craft beer house. The staff are tremendously friendly, samples are always available before you get a full pint! Sunday Funday is my favorite, with live music until 5pm. Great place to hangout, have some awesome fried cheese curds and wings, kid friendly as well. Checks all the boxes!“

“My wife and I are both 100% Italian, so we know that Doppio Zero is the real deal. Love the pizzas, pastas and salads. The desserts are to die for. The staff is very warm & friendly, attentive and professional. We go there often, especially when we have special occasions and out of town guests. Grazie Doppio Zero!“

“Va de Vi Bistro & Wine Bar continues to impress us every visit. The food is always incredibly fresh, and the rotating menu keeps things exciting.
Their wine list is extensive and thoughtfully curated, with something for every mood. We usually sit outside on the patio under the heaters with our dog, and they’re always super accommodating.
The servers are also genuinely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable — it’s consistently a great experience all around. Highly recommend“

“Havana never misses! if you’re ever here, catch JP aka Juan Pablo at the bar. Every drink he makes is spot on, never misses! i ordered 8 mojitos and every single one hit PERFECTLY!! many thanks to JP, always back when he’s on the clock!“

“First time here. Super cute & chill vibe. Pic of food was after I ate one shrimp tempura then remembered I wanted a pic of our dinner. The presentation was much better when it arrived. One teriyaki chicken bento with shrimp tempura and a lion king roll was more than enough for two. Overall, super happy with quality and quantity of food. Definitely recommend trying out this place.“

“Food and service was great! Loved the bar service and our drinks were so good. However, we overheard the long haired male employee, I think his name was West, speaking negatively about a group of people sitting on the couch throughout the night. He seemed to be upset about where they were sitting. Kinda ruined our vibe but we had a good time and we'll be back.“

“Vanessa’s Bistro is hands down my favorite restaurant in Walnut Creek. I like to get out and try new places but yet I always find myself coming back to VB2 for amazing food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. It’s my favorite place to take friends that have never tried it. If you want to impress in a casual way it’s perfect for a first date or girls night out too. Try the Claypot Rice Or Prawns with mango and garlic butter noodles! Potstickers Chicken rolls All of it!“

“Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous. The decor takes you in, feels like a Japanese restaurant tucked away and cozy. Beautiful wood work and decorative. The service was 10/10. Prompt, great conversation, attentive and informative. Food was delicious, interesting and plenty to choose from. I particularly enjoyed their different ways to eat rolls and appetizers. The specials were fantastic and the soups brothy and delicious. Eat here as often as possible and twice on Sunday.“

“It was just me when I went in, very polite server, I had just gotten back from a strenuous hike and was looking to eat good food. The food was delicious if I ever hiked up Mt. Diablo from bottom to peak again, I'll definitely come back here.“
