“first time coming here and we ordered three drinks, all of which were SOOOO refreshing and even better than expected (mine was yummy gummy which was exactly what I needed on a hot day). The owner also made our mom a sample of their b&p coffee with foam for no charge when she expressed interest and we had already ordered other drinks - so considerate! Aside from great drinks and super nice customer service, the space was also very clean and neatly organized. We also went home with a cute keychain that came with our purchase!“

~ Popcorn Chicken $ 7.95 literally 10 pieces combined small & big pieces. Good n scrumptious like the usual Taiwanese snacks. Great combo with your milk teas & boba drinks.
~ Mango Dragonfruit Green Tea is definitely recommended. Pretty good & refreshing. Not too sweet. Perfectly made.
~ Taro milk tea is good good taro taste. Got 85^ sweetness.

~ Crystal boba is yum
~ Boba is yummy soft n chewy.

Have appetizers like popcorn chicken, calamari different varieties of snacks.

Cute boba shop with nice decor. Really aesthetic vibes.

Associate was really friendly and service was fast.
Came here when I came to Chuck E Cheese on the other side of McKinley exit for my nephews birthday celebration.
Was craving Boba & saw there was a R&B Tea House across the other side McKinley.

Located in same plaza as 99 Ranch Market next door along with UPS. Lots of parking.“

“I come here every time I come back to visit my parents. Definitely my favorite boba place in Corona and I’ve gone to just about all of them. We usually get the coco thai butterfly, jasmine green milk tea, and their matcha banana cha cha. Their fraps and coffee are bomb too. Honestly, all of their drinks hit.“

“The macha ice cream was very good and creamy, it was definitely my favorite amongst the ones I had. You can actually taste it in the ice cream and it’s called ace creamery for a reason and also wasn’t to sweet“

“all the pastries are very good i’ve tried alot from multiple locations. the deluxe strawberry cream cake is so good. im not a huge fan of cake but i loved this one. the cream was light and sweet. i also got the cookies and cream mouse. so good and not too chocolate-ey. the vietnamese coffee is pretty good. the strawberry matcha was good as well. their shelves have not been fully stocked the times i went in the morning and evening. there were multiple shelves that didn’t have their item on there. also some things are mixed around.“

I got it with the brulee custard, boba, and grass jelly ($8.25 for a large with all the extras). Amazing. The popcorn chicken was well seasoned with a good batter ($8.50). Cute place. Great service. Give it a try when u need something to relieve ur stress! I’ve tried so many like this at different places but this one just harder! Try other drinks here too, like brown sugar matcha or strawberry matcha those ones are great too! ❤️😊

“Pretty surprised by this spot! It’s a kiosk—though a really beautiful and eye-catching one. The stand looks great, but the menu is oddly placed right next to the cashier, so it's easy to miss. I had to walk over to see it, and the cashier just stared at me the whole time—not rude, but not exactly friendly either.

That said, I think this might be one of the more affordable boba places around. I got a jumbo drink with cheese foam and boba pearls for under $10. The foam was creamy but didn’t have much of a cheese flavor. The pearls were good, and the flavors overall were on point. The cup, though, was hilariously wide—kind of awkward to hold with one hand.

I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but if you’re already at the mall, it’s definitely a solid boba option.“
