“I love this place. This is my second time eating at this cafe. I got the beef empanada and peanut butter Acai. The drip over coffee was strong (which is what I was looking for). There are many other things I hope to try on the menu in the future.“

“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?“

“Had a great experience at Maison Nico today! I ordered a Pain au Chocolat and matcha, and both exceeded my expectations. The Pain au Chocolat was beautifully made - so light and delicate with those perfect flaky, crispy layers on top that you expect from a well-crafted pastry.
What really stood out was their matcha. Finally found a place that serves it the proper way - no added sugar at all! It's refreshing to taste the pure, earthy flavor of quality matcha instead of the overly sweet versions you get at most cafes.
I was fortunate to walk in without a line, but within several minutes there was a steady stream of customers forming a queue. That's always a good sign that locals know this place is worth the wait. The quality of their pastries and attention to authentic preparation definitely shows. Will be back to try more items!“

“We ordered the house milk tea with boba and the twilight taro with boba - both with less sugar and less ice. They were both delicious! Personally I preferred the milk tea - but I tend to like that more usually anyways. Parking was a little difficult but service was quick!“

“Great food and coffee, great friendly service, but I wonder how they make money, because every table is occupied by Gen-Z pseuds with their regulation kit - MacBook, Airpods, phone, eco-friendly water bottle - sitting for hours on end spending very little on little more than a cup of their obligatory matcha.“

“I’ve been coming here since middle school back in 2008, art is the best person. She has the best personality and hospitality. Her food and coffee is amazing. Would highly recommend coming here and support this local business. Also, can anyone tell me how she makes her egg for her egg cheese bagels?!?? I need to know the secret, they come out perfect every time!!!! 😭😭😭“

“Just had a fantastic breakfast! The food was delicious, and everything came out quickly. definitely a spot I'd recommend for a morning meal! Anita was a wonderful server, quick with service and checked in to top off glasses, taking empty plates and ask if we needed anything.
She was the highlight of our visit. Im excited to come back soon!“

“A real local spot near Union Square. Eric and his family have made a great place for grabbing breakfast, sandwiches, and coffee. Great prices, and many locals come here that you can meet and chat with. My goto place for lunch, morning coffee, and small bites to eat. Also, the Vietnamese sandwiches are the best I've had in the city.“

“Went to this place because it was close to the place I was staying at while on a weekend trip and it turned out to be one of the coziest little cafes with the sweetest workers and best service. The food was great and coffee and hot chocolate were too. If I'm back in this area anytime soon I'll definitely go back.“

“Kind of an old school hole in the wall. Hidden inside a building past the security desk, so blink and you’ll miss it. Has a surprisingly compelling menu (haven’t tried the food but offerings), but I got a very tasty fruit smoothie that was made with real fresh fruit, and I added boba and honestly it was some of the better boba I’ve had in SF. Service was super friendly. Looking forward to coming back next time I’m nearby.“

“You can’t beat home cooking in San Francisco like this guy. It’s simple and amazing. The owner “V” demonstrates compassion on levels that are barely noticeable anymore in the public eye.
He usually has one employee/helper. And it’s an Asian woman in the back.
He’s located in the HSBC bank building directly across the transamerica pyramid.“

“Genuine 10/10 hidden gem. I don’t say this lightly. Best soba I’ve had outside of Japan. Best value in SF hands down. And this close to Fidi? Absolutely insane. I don’t even want to write this review because I want to gatekeep this place for myself, but the cute couple running it was so kind I couldn’t help but want to show some support.“

“I've been here a couple of times and it's soo good, I've had the Vietnamese iced coffee, iced Thai tea, and the BBQ pork Vietnamese sandwich. They were all great and I would definitely recommend them. There were also quite a few options for food and drinks, so I'm looking forward to going back and trying new things as everything has been good so far.“

“~A divine & memorable experience for our anniversary. If you are looking for the ultimate special romantic festive place to celebrate...this is it. We were able to secure a reservation, but plan way in advance! Service was welcoming, fun, very informative, and a joy. We tasted champagne flights, found our bottle, took some home...had divine cuisine from deviled eggs to grilled cheese to tartare and ice cream for dessert. Presentation was beautiful! The tastes ran from savory to salty to sweet...delicate, deep, and divine. We were simply blown away by the experience--and are still thinking about it. Our family lives in Tiburon...we live in Boston...it was the dining highlight of our visit, and well worth the cross country flights to celebrate at The Caviar Company in Tiburon!“

“Wildly efficient. Came in during a lunch break behind a group of 15, and they came and took orders in the line and triaged tasks and to minimize waits. Only got the dirty chai, which again beat expectations and was perfectly balanced. Looking forward to exploring the menu more“

“Cafe RX is an oasis in the Presidio. The food is fresh and delicious, the serving sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable and the staff are so friendly and kind. There’s plenty of seating inside and outdoors. Recommend ordering before noon or after 1pm to the avoid lunchtime rush. I highly recommend:
- drink: spicy chai
- lunch: nicoise salad
- breakfast: soy chorizo & eggs with toast“

“This family run cafe is the best. Get the Bibimbap!! If you eat in they’ll even do it stone pot style.
Vegetarian options: Any of the tofu specialties or sandwiches.
Kid-friendliness: They are the best with my kid. I delivered next doors so they’ve known him since day 1.“

“Delicious fresh dishes, a pity that there were no anchovies in the Caeser salad, but fortunately the lettuce was wonderfully crispy. Meatballs were also tasty, as was the quinoa salad. Had a glass of wine with my food on their nice terrace. The sun was shining, what more could you want? The only downside is that everything is served in plastic. But otherwise a really great address! Definitely go in if you're in the area!“

“Easily the best breakfast we had during our trip to SF which is why we came twice. Portions are huge and flavourful. Definitely recommend the sausage with the breakfast.

“If you are in an absolute hurry, this may not be the place. But if you have 20-30 min to order and eat, this is one of the best. A colleague and myself both at the chicken bacon sandwich. It was absolutely perfect. One of the best deli sandwiches I have had in a while. We had it on sour dough bread and used the hot red pepper sauce on every bite. What a great find.“

“A very charming café with a cozy atmosphere. You can even sit upstairs, and the girls at the counter were very friendly. The pastries were delicious, and it’s convenient that they accept credit cards. There’s seating both inside and outside, which is great. However, the only downside is that people are constantly smoking on their outdoor patio, and the smoke drifts inside. Unfortunately, I had to leave quickly because sitting in the smoke was unpleasant. I walked by the café a few more times afterward, and every time, someone was smoking outside.“

“I was encouraged by all the other reviews here to try Cafe Dolci, and I must say I was not disappointed! True to what other reviewers said, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced, the coffee is strong, and the service is warm and hospitable. There were even some free apples and apricots which were grown in the owner’s garden. I strongly recommend the bacon/egg/cheese sandwich on the English muffin! I will definitely be going back.“

“Great find for my first morning in San Francisco. Wanted a quick cheap and cheerful breakie so opened for the bacon, egg and cheese bagel (the works bagel) which had a herb I just couldn’t recognise though it made it for me ….. coffee great and plenty of it. Lady who served me was pleasant and helpful even though she struggled with my Australian accent but initially 😁
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy“

“This is a good lunch spot for FiDi. Sandwiches are $12.50-$14. Salads are $10-$11. Prices on their website are outdated. My sandwich , the LLB special $12.50 was roast beef, turkey, ham, swiss, provolone on dutch crunch, was alright. The New England Clam Chowder $8.50 was chunky and not filled all the way up. That tasted OK as well. Friendly service for a counter style restaurant. Kitchen was fast taking account they were busy. I was pretty full afterwards.“

“The service is wonderful, the baristas are kind and happy, which does a lot to make others kind and happy. The walk up to the place in the morning is nice, if a bit cold. The coffee isn't too sweet, such that you can taste the coffee. Inside, the building has a feeling of history like many buildings in San Francisco, but the interior is kind and neat as well. Cafe La Flore drips of pleasantness.“
“Decent little laundromat, especially if you're traveling. There's a change machine for quarters and a dispenser for detergent & fabric softener ($1.25 for 1 load). I think it was $4.25 for a wash, plus 25 cents for every 6 min in the dryer.
I was there alone after dark and felt perfectly safe. The floors could have used a quick sweep and the trash can was full, but generally clean for a city laundromat!“

“Accidentally stumbled into this cafe, while waiting for our pizzas to cook in a nearby restaurant. This cafe transport you back to the last century. The decor is very 1960s. The space itself is huge though and has plenty of seats. They also have an outdoor area which is nice on a sunny day. Unfortunately, they don’t accept any form of digital payment, but only cash, but thankfully, they had an ATM on the premises because we did not have any cash. The ATM machine is very expensive, though. I got a regular vanilla latte while my friend got the hazelnut latte, and both of them were pretty good. Was this the best coffee I ever had? No. What is this and perfectly acceptable cup of coffee? Yes. I also had the lemon cake, which was very flavourful, but tad bit expensive. This is a cool place to visit if you’re in the neighbourhood.“
