“Deli offerings are excellent and ample, the welcome is genuine, and they have treats of chocolate and candy in a bowl to top off meal. At long last, a deli that when asked, makes tasty gluten-free bread sandwiches (two small ones in an order) and they sell little loaves of g-f banana bread. Best ever!“

“This place serves the best breakfast in san francisco for a great price.
Cash only or venmo so be prepared.
Bagels and croissants are both delicious. I havent had any drinks from here yet as I just make tea at home. Its really popular here though so I imagine their drinks are as good as the food.
Ive tried the asiago bagel with a Lil mayo, bacon egg and cheese as well as the croissant with sausage egg and cheese and hot sauce. Highly recommend the hot sauce here, it doesnt taste like a hot sauce ive had before. Its a little sweet and not too spicy or vinegary. I got one of each today for 11.75. I didnt know if I should tip via venmo, so I didnt, so ill bring extra cash next time.
Even if I didnt live as close as i do, id come here.
The only downside is there is no place to sit. Its intended to get your breakfast needs and scoot scoot.“

“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?“

“Tried a lot of bánh mi spots in SF, and this is the best! Recommend their combo and chicken. Great quality, portions, and under $10. They take cash and card, plus you can call ahead to order. Just make sure to order earlier in the day because they sell out fast!“

“If you can get a table in this place, you are a very lucky person because all the dishes are fantastic.
You can still hope for a table on the sidewalk if the weather is clement.
All pastries and savory dishes are of the highest quality and the highest level. You cannot go wrong here!!!
Of course, the price is correlated to the quality but it is all worth it!“

“Good food and excellent service! I highly recommend their coffee drinks. Also, the fresh squeezed OJ is such a treat. I am sure their non-brunch items are good but I am still obsessed with their breakfast items.“

“This is a GREAT little local cafe! But it is very small and gets busy fast, so go early or you will have to wait to get in.
The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable (for San Francisco) and everything is delicious!
But like most good places in the city, parking sucks and it's crowded.
It's one of our favorites!“

“It's a mom and pop shop, and the owners are extremely friendly. After realizing it's my first time here, they introduced menu items to me with passion and even offered extra toppings for what I ordered. I got a chicken teriyaki bento and a soba noodle bowl for my family. The food is really good with great portions, at a very reasonable price point. I will definitely come back.“

“Great gem of a spot for a quick bite and nice ambience. Enough space to sit and work
With fast wifi.
Have some good healthy foods and more hearty foods. I had the vegetable sandwich which was good. Coffee was nice and not super acidic which is what I prefer.
Servers were bubbly and nice!“

“Terrific little cafe hidden away inside the 450 Sutter Building that has truly friendly service, excellent coffee and perhaps the best sandwiches in SF! The Black Bean Veggie Patti is a taste tour de force (healthy too). Def worth searching out if you’re in the area.“

“Small breakfast spot with great food at a really good price and it is open on Sundays. We tried three different breakfast places during our stay but this one was the only open on Sunday. Food was great, price very good, just that there is barely any space to sit. So we had a table outside.“

“One of the cutest little cafes across from my hotel. Very nice staff. I love how they welcome you in and offer suggestions. They’re kind, smiling and it makes me feel welcome. I got the egg and cheese with avocado on a croissant. Coffee and a chocolate muffin. Everything was delicious! I’m so happy I tried them and they’re def my go-to for the remainder of my stay.“

“Stumbled across this cafe while exploring Golden Gate Park, and I do not regret it at all. I ordered a Smoked salmon sandwich which came with a side salad, and an iced latte. Took a bit of time to prepare, but the wait was absolutely worth it.Reasonably priced with impeccable plating, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend!“

“Came here for brunch on a Sunday. The place is fairly small so there was a bit of a wait to get seats. The menu read my mind! I was torn between the Hugo street retreat and the breakfast bowl dishes but there was thankfully a “best of both worlds” dish that had bits of both. So that’s what I went with. It was a a pretty good and filling brunch with a nice cold beer to wash everything down.“

“This was my first time visiting Oddcha while heading home from San Francisco, and it definitely caught my attention because of the great reviews.
We ordered the Coconut Bomb and the Thai Twister, and both drinks were excellent. They weren’t overly sweet and had a really refreshing flavor. The boba also tasted fresh, which made the drinks even better.
Ordering was easy using their kiosk system. One thing to note is that parking is located behind the shop. It was a bit confusing at first since the store is on a very busy road, but once you find the back parking area, it’s much more convenient.
Overall, a great stop for refreshing drinks—I’d definitely come back!“

“Got two boxes from this eatery as part of the Too good to go initiative. Would otherwise have never heard of this place or ventured in, as it is inside one of those big downtown buildings that one has no business visiting unless one works inside. There is no seating for the eatery itself, it’s basically a order counter for to go orders. The man taking orders and preparing the food is super friendly and very efficient. Food itself was tasty although I only tried whatever was in the surprise box so it wasn’t any of the actual menu choices.“

“Everardo at Angelina’s Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start, he was incredibly patient, responsive, and genuinely appreciative of our business, which made the entire process feel seamless and enjoyable.
He took the time to ensure everything was just right, and the end result did not disappoint—the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared.
It’s rare to find both excellent service and quality, and Everardo and the team at Angelina’s truly delivered on both. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them for any catering needs!“

“Hidden Gem Energy on Clement!
I randomly discovered this charming little café at 3117 Clement St—and WOW, what a find. This place is the definition of quaint meets character. The moment you walk in, you’re wrapped in a warm, rustic vibe that feels effortlessly cozy—like a secret neighborhood escape you almost want to keep to yourself.
The owner? Absolute gem. So friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—you can feel the heart behind the space, which makes the whole experience even more special.
Now let’s talk food—the sandwiches are SO delicious (fresh, flavorful, and satisfying), and the coffee is on point. Everything just hits right.
What really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere—it’s incredibly comfortable and versatile. Whether you’re looking to study, read, take meetings, or just vibe out, this spot delivers. It has that rare balance of calm energy and character.
Highly recommend. A true Clement Street treasure. I’ll definitely be back.“

“First time visiting this amazing gem in the Presidio and now it’ll be a must whenever I come here. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. I especially love their apple salad and turkey sandwich. By the way, their sandwiches and quesadillas seem to come with mixed greens, which is a pleasant surprise. Their coffees are also surprisingly good, but sometimes when they’re busy, they don’t have the manpower to serve coffees, so just be aware!“

“Came here around 9:30am from coffee. This coffee shop is in the lobby of an office building. Pretty easy to find and the staffs were very friends. The pastries looked good but we didn't get any since it is later in the morning. I ordered a Latte, 12oz. I was originally going to order their 16oz latte but the barista told me that it's a quad shot, nevermind. Good latte, not bitter, darker roast, no complains. Will definately come back again.“

“Cute place with delicious matcha. I went right when they open at 10am and note that if you want boba in your order, it’s not available until 11am. I was sad I couldn’t add boba to my drink but the matcha with dragonfruit was still good with almond jelly. The take out bag was good too, none of the drinks for me and my friends spilled in my 4 block walk back to my hotel and everything stayed cold“

“Super yum sushi-to-go, fresh at 10:45am, this was a lovely surprise for a late breakfast/early lunch when I just stopped in to warm up with a coffee. Kimbap on Tuesdays and Thursdays can’t wait to try that!!! Also they have what looks like a great quick-serve menu of Korean kimbap shop staples like dolsot bibimbap and galbi set menus. Great surprise!!! Musubi looked awesome too. Coffee was hot, fresh and perfect strength. Bonus hazelnut flavored and decaf also. Nice neighbourhood vibe, tables chatting to each other about sports and local news, owners seemed super cool. Good hot breakfast menu. What a lovely find on my emergency de-icing stop in!!! Will be back!!“

“Yaalllllll I can’t. This place is ridiculously good. I got a liter of cold brew for myself and saw god (with a musubi ofc). And then got their drip coffee and was just floored.
When I went late March 2025 there was only outdoor setting but I still posted up.
10/10 would recommend.“

“My sister and I found Hollywood Cafe by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The variety made the choice difficult, but decided on grilled tuna and fries. They used a roll instead of sliced bread, added tomatoes and pickles. The albacore tuna was the best I've ever had with a unique spice blend. The fried were thin and lightly battered. The meal was definitely worth every penny and could have served 2 people. The servers were friendly and very good.“

“At first glance, Joe’s Coffee Shop doesn’t really look like a place you’d immediately walk into — it’s small, simple, and pretty unassuming from the outside. But that’s exactly what makes this family-owned spot so special. Once you step inside, it feels incredibly cozy, welcoming, and authentic.
We ended up having breakfast there twice during our stay because after our first visit, we already knew we wanted to come back the next morning. The food was delicious both times, freshly made, generous, and served with so much warmth and friendliness.
Places like this are what make a trip memorable. If you’re looking for a genuine, cozy breakfast spot in San Francisco, this is definitely one to visit.“

Note: why is the lowest review complaining they aren’t open on the weekends, how about you learn to read store times before leaving a low review…“

“What a great place to see a rockin dance band. I can’t believe I had never been there before, but I was very impressed by the sound the big old dance floor and pretty much everything. I saw Zepparella there and I would go back to see anybody that had me out on the dance floor. There are not seats for everyone so if you want a seat, you have to get there early.“
