“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?“

“Came on a Sunday around 10 am and waited in line for around 15 minutes to order. The interior is super cute but very limited seating so we had to wait a while for seats to open up.

Maison Nico had an amazing selection of pastries but my friend and I decided to get some classic ones- a plain croissant and a brioche slice. We both loved how airy and light the croissant was and the brioche slice was also amazing- it had a perfect sugar glaze and was super crisp on the outside yet light and airy on the inside. Both paired well with the lattes that we got!“

“Stumbled across this place on my way to the park. The barista taking my order was super friendly and I ordered a toast with egg and an iced coffee. The tonka iced latte was so good I CHUGGED it before my food even came out. I look forward to coming back and trying more of their menu items“

I was originally going to order their 16oz latte but the barista told me that it's a quad shot, nevermind. Good latte, not bitter, darker roast, no complains. Will definately come back again.“

Kimbap on Tuesdays and Thursdays can’t wait to try that!!! Also they have what looks like a great quick-serve menu of Korean kimbap shop staples like dolsot bibimbap and galbi set menus. Great surprise!!! Musubi looked awesome too. Coffee was hot, fresh and perfect strength. Bonus hazelnut flavored and decaf also. Nice neighbourhood vibe, tables chatting to each other about sports and local news, owners seemed super cool. Good hot breakfast menu. What a lovely find on my emergency de-icing stop in!!! When I went late March 2025 there was only outdoor setting but I still posted up.

“My sister and I found Hollywood Cafe by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The variety made the choice difficult, but decided on grilled tuna and fries. They used a roll instead of sliced bread, added tomatoes and pickles. The albacore tuna was the best I've ever had with a unique spice blend. The fried were thin and lightly battered. The meal was definitely worth every penny and could have served 2 people. The servers were friendly and very good.“

“I stopped by this family-owned diner while visiting San Francisco, and it instantly became one of my favorite breakfast spots. You can feel the care and pride the family puts into their food and service the moment you walk in.

I ordered the scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, white toast, and cooked ham — everything was cooked perfectly. The eggs were soft and fluffy, the hashbrowns had that perfect crispy-on-the-outside texture, and the ham was flavorful and cooked just right. Even the toast came out warm and perfectly toasted. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and really know their way around a breakfast plate.

The atmosphere is welcoming and has that classic, comforting diner feel. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel right at home. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why family-owned restaurants are so special.

They’re cash-only, which wasn’t a problem at all — honestly it adds to the charm and old-school vibe of the place.
