“Sushi Town in Costa Mesa was such a nice surprise! It’s right by the I-55 freeway, kind of easy to miss, but totally worth finding. From the moment we walked in, the staff were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
We started with the yellowtail collar appetizer, which was amazing — perfectly grilled, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Then we tried a few nigiri pieces like fatty tuna, negi toro, and fatty yellowtail, and wow — everything was so fresh and just melted in our mouths. The Edo Mae combo was also fantastic, a great mix of traditional and flavorful pieces that showed off the chef’s skills.
We finished it all off with some nice warm sake, which was the perfect way to end the meal.
Honestly, Sushi Town feels like a hidden gem right off the freeway. Great sushi, amazing service, and a cozy vibe — can’t wait to come back!“

I was greeted warmly and all my questions were answered!
I ordered the seafood combo and it was not only delicious but it was a very generous portion of shrimp, fish and calamari mixed with veggies and was served on top of rice.
The lady who brought my food was very courteous, said my name is Angelica and came back and checked 2 times to make sure I don't need anything else!

They are not stingy with their portions and got really full with this order. “This place is the real deal. Easily one of the best fish and chips I've had in Orange County if not the best so far. You might convince yourself the near $30 price tag at places like santa monica seafood would give you better fish and chips but it's not the case. the batter here is crispy and much more delicate. not heavy and greasy like the beer battered options. I paid $12 for 3 giant pieces of fish. the value is fantastic and the quality is good. only complaints are that the inside can use a thorough dusting (don't look at the fan) and that the fries have potential to be a lot better. tbh if the fries resembled something closer to European chips I would pay another $10 for this plate happily.“

“We were hungry and this was close with a good review. Come here if you are looking for something different than the regular Mexican fare. Pretty much everything on the menu is a unique blend of flavors. They feature three different mole sauces which were all good. I had the trabajo with my dish which had delicious flavor. “We originally had reservations at Boil Daddy. Boil Daddy called 7mins before our reservation to let us know they couldn’t accommodate a party of two because they had larger parties coming in.
We came to Raising Claw & it was the best seafood boil bag & customer service. They start you off with complimentary french fries. At the end they offer yummy ice cream. It was an incredible experience. We will definitely visit again.“

“Used to enjoy coming here but recently there food has been declining. Chicken used to taste like it was actually grilled and would be very favorable. “Food is consistent. The last time we were here was pre-covid.

The ordering system takes a few trys to get used to, but this gentleman, Jesus made sure everything went smoothly.

On top of the food being delicious, Jesus, and his team made sure our experience here was top notch.

Edit: Prior to visiting pre-covid, we popped in last week and was helped by Marie. She was the reason why we wanted to dine in, again.

Then Jesus took the customer service to the next level.
