Unbelievable service. 10/10. My nephew wanted a plain bagel, but I saw that the person ahead of me ordered the last one in the display case. I asked the cashier if she had more in the back, and even though they didn't, I appreciated that she checked. My nephew ended up getting the pizza bagel and he was not disappointed!!! I want to give 5 stars but depending on who's working here there service can be 5 stars or 1!! Yoli, Ashley, and maribel are all amazing and give Nordstrom quality service. There are a few other employees who are just terrible and when i go in and see them i already know the ebar is out of something or there is something they claim they can't do which employees with 5 star service manage to handle. Relaxed atmosphere that wasn't very busy so stopped by while shopping. Staff was nice. The iced latte with oat milk was all right. Wouldn't mind drinking it again but not a favorite. However! The jalapeño and cheese bagel was amazing! Definitely coming back for that next time I'm in the area.
