Usually this is a safe bet for Chinese food located inside the Mitsuwa in Costa Mesa. However this visit was different. I ordered the mapo tofu spicy and the bbq pork egg omelet with gravy over rice. This was the first time getting the omelet and it was a bit salty. It was also a little burnt. As for the mapo tofu I don't remember it being this salty.
