“As a white guy, I appreciated how nice the bartender was and the locals. I went to a competitor just down the street and vibe was horrible and the prices weren't updated (33%)) hike). Had a beer, walked and came here. Fair prices, Good portion on the 7 mares. Great house salsa and chili pastes. They even had my favorite habenero hot sauce. Would definitely go back. MUCHOS GRACIAS MUCHACHOS ET MUCHACHAS!“
“We had a team building event at Tavern Bowl in Costa Mesa and the whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth. Trish was great at answering any questions I had prior to the event and the staff at the event was also amazing. We will definitely be back!“
“It's always a fun time with the women who work here! They are amazing and they are the only reason to visit! Not much parking at all, they have a small lot but there is street parking if you arrive after the surrounding business have closed. Before that, you can find street parking. You just may have to walk a wee bit.As for food, they offer frozen pizzas at the bar and some chips. On certain days, they have a guy who grills, but I'm not sure what he offers or how it tastes. There is also a taco woman who offers a variety of dishes. I have had the tacos before, and they were good. Once she brought it pozole, it was my 1st time trying it and this started my journey to find the best pozole around.“
“Enjoy coming here to play billiards, they have tables you play per game, which used to cost $1 but now it’s gone up to $1.50 per game. I know there’s an hourly table in the back but personally never used itThis place also doesn’t have an ATM machine so you need to walk to the gas station next door but the ATM has a $6 fee..“
“Not sure on the food didn't have any items. Service is family service you are family family gets served "in a good way'" these guys are without fail a good fun venue for new and old keep playing the real music and support of local bands you guys have always rocked it! Thank you for you! Love “
“This is a poppin' and fun dive bar in Costa Mesa. I came by for a friend's birthday celebration and it was a good time. On your left, they have an array of activities with 8 pool tables, darts, and games. On your right, is the bar of course.Fair warning that you're probably going to get poked by a stick when you're around the pool tables, but everyone is nice and friendly to each other. It also got a bit hot and stuffy, but this place gets pretty crowded.“
“I stumbled upon Three-13 Bar quite serendipitously, post-haircut, and what a delightful discovery it was! Nestled off West 19th Street, this gem is part of a vibrant row dedicated to nightlife and entertainment. Upon entering, I was greeted by the comfortable buzz of a busy bar, not overwhelming but just lively enough. Shannon, the owner, was manning the bar and her welcoming presence added to the overall good vibes. The place is well-laid out with large wall booths and high tables, perfect for groups or solo visitors like me. A key feature for any sports enthusiast is the multiple TVs showcasing various sports, ensuring you don't miss out on any action. Moreover, the music set the tone - all thanks to an on-demand jukebox that lets patrons be the DJ. An unexpected highlight of my visit was crossing paths with a group celebrating a birthday. Their infectious joy and camaraderie were contagious, and they kindly brought me into their fold, turning a solo drink into a mini-celebration. I ventured in during the mid-afternoon, so the nighttime vibe remains a mystery. However, based on this experience, I'm eager to return with friends and uncover what Three-13 Bar has to offer as the night unfolds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back spot with great energy and a sense of community. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Three-13 is definitely worth a visit!“
