“I love vegan Banh mi. Their Banh mi wrap is excellent. I have found them always to be pleasant and accommodating, although it is a bit of a wait for your food. If you don’t want to wait, it is probably a good idea to call your order in. Lots of choices, but the Banh mi is the only one I have ever had.“

“And as soon as I'm finished I'm grabbing some sandwiches at Ulia's Delicatessen! I had to go way out to the end of Stony Point rd. to pick up a Bristor's Calltanger and take it up to Hedgepealer's Pandatty Ranch up on the top of Wragg Canyon Ridge, what a place, you can see Mt. Shasta, Mt. Diablo and the smog from San Jose all from a single spot. Those sandwiches I snagged from Ulia's sure were good....maybe the best on Santa Rosa. 5 Stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆“

“Port of Subs has been my jam for over 30 years, I live really close by it and have watched it change ownerships over the years. The folks there now are awesome, they are kind, the food is really good and they do it right in front of you so you know it's fresh. And everything is clean and the place, while small, is welcoming and chill. If I had just one complaint, it would be that they go a little light with the meat... which the previous owner long ago did the opposite of. And, it is a little more pricey as of late than it used to be, but everything is... and you get what you pay for. I will finish this by saying that Port of Subs beats the hell out of Subway in every way possible.“

“Came in for lunch with my dad. The giant sandwich was perfect for two to share. The guy cutting the meats and cheeses was super kind (although soft spoken) and he created a conversation with us. It was him and one other person working. We took a seat and ate, and all seemed alright. A little while later, the first guy came up, offered us two of their cookies and apologized because he was distracted by something going on outside, that he had to attend to. Overall, great service as always!“

“I recently visited West Coast Sourdough and tried their Grilled Chicken Pesto sandwich with pepper jack cheese and everything on it. The sandwich was delicious--the pesto complemented the grilled chicken perfectly. The sourdough bread was fresh and had that perfect balance of crunch and softness. The only downside was the person at the checkout, who was super quiet and hard to hear.
Despite that, the food quality definitely made up for it, and I will definitely be back for more!“

“Their custom salads are my favorite. Choose a type of green (romaine, spring mix, etc.), and add ingredients, toppings and dressing. Nothing complex, but always good quality served with a smile. Their sandwiches are quite good, as well. One of the specials (as in, not available every day), is a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and is probably my favorite. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food.
Parking: It is a large lot, shared by multiple tenants in the shopping center. I have never seen it more than 50% full.“

“I work nearby and have stopped by to get lunch a few times. The staff is very nice and patient. The last time I was in there was a man yelling about how much Lettuce they put on his sandwich (after I watched him ask for extra) and they answered every yell with kindness and patience. More than I would have had. The sandwiches are good for a subway!“

“If you haven’t been to Jersey Mikes yet, go today! Not only are the sandwiches some of the best in town but the staff is amazing, the owner is genuine and invested in his customers. The facility is immaculately cleaned which makes dining-in an easy choice. Some other sandwich shops let the tables sit dirty a while before cleaning them. Not here. Always perfect. The ingredients are always very fresh (I recommend Mikes way) and delicious. But don’t take my word for it. Go try them out!“

I’ve tried so many fancy bagels in San Francisco but these remain my favorite. The proportion of salmon, veggies and the bagel is the best.“

“Very nice staff and a nice clean establishment. Good selection of hot and cold sandwiches and salads. Kids menu as well. I had the Tsunami with bacon and it was on par with other small business deli’s in the area. Great bread and lots of it around your sando!!! If you don’t like a lot of bread they offer sliced wheat and other options.“
