“I love this spot, each time I go it is consistently delicious. It is evident that a lot of intention and care goes into the menu, quality, and service. A+ in my book, and I rarely am down to pay $15+ for a sando. “Such a wonderful little spot in an understated strip mall in Sebastopol. Owned by a local family, the service is so attentive and welcoming! The menu is extensive, including all the classics for breakfast and lunch plus some unusual offerings like cabbage borscht, gumbo, and a delicious homemade mushroom gravy served on biscuits or as a side which I almost always order- it's great on poached eggs, the potatoes served with eggs, or even just to dunk toast into . Always a great experience, I will return to hole in the wall over and over.“

“This is one of my favorite places to eat in all of California. Definitely a place fit for a foodie and fit for someone who simply loves good food. Kendra the owner creates the most flavorful, delicious food from the most fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients. All of her sandwiches and fries are delicious. I love her steak. I love her veggies. She's an absolutely angel of a human. I also love bringing my son to play at the Barlow nearby.“

“I love this place and can't wait till they open the one on Northern Santa Rosa. Everyone is so nice and their sandwiches have just made me lose interest in other sub shops.I love that they have a creme soda sweetened with agave. I love that it's so good.I always get my sandwiches cold and "Mikes way" they load it up with oil vinegar and herbs. But the other night I had a Philly cheese steak and that had to be one of the best I've ever had.Love this place!!“

“What a wonderful lunch experience I just had. I live in Healdsburg and my friend was going to Santa Rosa and I asked her to get me lunch at this wonderful café & Deli. I've been hearing such wonderful reviews about it. I ordered half a turkey, brie cranberry sandwich and half a Reuben sandwich, I also ordered Potato salad and Macaroni salad to have at home with dinner . I also ordered a scone for my husband. We are told they are homemade & they certainly are. They are delicious. It's like they came out of grandmas oven. The sandwiches were fresh. They use quality ingredients and they were full of meat and cheese. I could only eat half! My friend said the service was professional, courteous, and above all, Friendly. I wish I lived closer. I would order from this cafe deli every day. This is what a deli sandwich should be. I am grateful I know about this place . Thank you for serving such wonderful fresh food, Tee Kennedy“

“I stop by here EVERTIME I'm come to Santa rosa. Hands down the best cheesesteak around. Great service, friendly, fast, clean and super delicious. The crew were super friendly and cooperated with my confusing and complicated order. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Easily the best food in the mall and as mentioned before best sandwich in town.“

“While it's hardly a perfect sandwich shop, Port of Subs does at least give a consistently better product than most of the competition in the area. Not too much bread, what seems like decent-quality deli meat, not stingy with the cheese or the olives (olives are one of the most expensive produce options at Subway, in case you ever wondered why you feel like you get a sprinkle of olives on your footlong), and friendly and fast service. A very solid sub shop if you're looking to bring lunch for a picnic or a trip to the coast or whatever.“

“Their custom salads are my favorite. Choose a type of green (romaine, spring mix, etc.), and add ingredients, toppings and dressing. Nothing complex, but always good quality served with a smile. Their sandwiches are quite good, as well. One of the specials (as in, not available every day), is a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and is probably my favorite. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food.Parking: It is a large lot, shared by multiple tenants in the shopping center. I have never seen it more than 50% full.“

“I spent about six months getting bagels from everyplace in the greater Santa Rosa area, and as a Brooklyn native I can assure you they have the best bagels around. I also got the baker to make me flagels, an east coast phenomena that has not yet hit the west coast, and they were perfect. I highly recommend!“

The last time I was in there was a man yelling about how much Lettuce they put on his sandwich (after I watched him ask for extra) and they answered every yell with kindness and patience.
