“I’m a sandwich (and Italian hoagie) aficionado, constantly seeking out the best. I actually have an entire category of sandwich shops and deli’s saved on my phone. I will drive (or more likely ride my motorcycle 2+ hours just to try a new place.

Take it from me: Lucia’s is a rare gem. Five stars. Terrific bread, thinly sliced meats and cheese, fresh produce, homemade spread: they had it all.

And LOTS of it. I knew as soon as I picked up the bag: huge, loaded sandwich. I couldn’t get my mouth wide enough to get the whole thing at once. Then, I could only eat half. I brought the other half home and my wife could only eat half of that half. I enjoyed the rest the next day.

I should’ve taken a picture but was too busy devouring the thing. I will definitely be back, and I will remember to take a picture then. It’s as good an excuse as any for a return visit. See you there.”

“Excellent spot in Crockett from the crew that did Lucia's Craft Sandwich. I've tried their brunch and dinner, and both times had excellent service and food. They also have a nice local wine and beer selection. Note that the seating is generally communal, but even if that's not your vibe, don't let that deter you.”

“Lovely place! I got the strawberry slushie with strawberry popping boba , AMAZING. Best boba ive ever had , and the service was eady , fast , and super friendly! With take out for the boba they also have these amazingly convenient little holders for the cups! Perfect for take out, lovely dine in, the place is nice and lively!”

“I didn't have any food, so I went here on a Friday night to meet a friend. I had never been to cricket before and now I wanna go back. This bar Toots is a big part of why I wanna go back, it's an amazingly cool dive bar with a back room stage for live music. Last night when I went it was a punk rock band and they were really good. The crowd as you might imagine was colorful and surprisingly diverse. The bar keep was friendly and on it so my drink was never empty, they had a really good porter on tap and it was always filled completely to the rim where you have to sip the top down just to pick it up. I wish I had stayed longer to see how the scene goes, my feeling is it's a great place to hangout on a Friday night, and if you happen to get bored there's like another bar a block or so away you can go between. I saw several small groups of peeps just hanging out together up n down the main drag. Parking might be an issue so either go early or Uber. I loved it!”

“My husband and I stumbled upon Baxter’s while looking for somewhere to eat for my birthday. It ended up being the best meal we’ve ever had! We had a view of the water, had amazing filet mignon tacos (they were so good, we ordered another round to go), and our entrees were to die for! My partner got the Beef Wellington and it was melt in your mouth! I got the scallops and they were positively delightful! We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and not only was he kind, but you could see the pride he had for his restaurant. We loved it so much that we pretty much immediately decided were going there for our anniversary next month. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“HERCULES is a great place to live crime rate is low compared to other cities . But it would help a lot to encourage neighborhood watch “ MODESTY ASIDE I DO . I have knocked to several houses esp when I was still working swing shift I kept my eyes open n still doing it if garages are open when I go hone from work n 1 time called the police station when 1 of the neighbor’s garage was opened n no one answered when I knocked her door . “Went here a couple of times, coffee shop is located inside a beautiful historic building. I got a matcha latte and it was overly sweet for my taste and the pastries were definitely not made same-day, but it's one of the only coffee shops in the area — would still suggest a visit for the vibes, and maybe try their specialty coffee drinks!! Located super close to Touro University, good for studying or getting work done.”

“Circling back even though I’ve reviewed before, but just had the pork banh mi, banh mi thit nuong. This might be one of the best banh mi I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy french roll, and the pork was tender and juicy with a nice sauce to complement. Very reasonable pricing too, although I normally get pho here I will certainly get a banh mi again!”

“Seems to be primarily a pick up/take out place but I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a table if you’ve got the time! The interior is beautifully decorated with a fountain that adds a delightful ambiance. Obviously, the food was fantastic, and the servers are also really attentive and kind. “I recently visited Juice Breeze in El Sobrante, California and it’s easily one of the best spots in the Bay Area for fresh smoothies, açai bowls, and unique desserts. From the moment you walk in, the place feels inviting, clean, and full of options that are both refreshing and delicious.

“Excelente servicio y por supuesto la comida es verdaderamente deliciosa viajamos por una hr de San Francisco a Vallejo pero valió la pena el marisco es muy fresco y riquísimo todooooo!! los platillos mexicanos como el Molcajete es muy rico. Al principio ellos ponen chips crujientes frescos y salsa en tu mesa y tienen una barra de diferentes salsas las cuales puedes disfrutar con tus chips, el ambiente te hace sentir como en casa ellos son muy amables y al final te llevan unos ricos churros con crema de cortesía. Volveríamos una y muchas veces más a este lugar.”
