“We were there Saturday night for my friend's bday. It was during dinner rush hour,the place was very busy so we didn't mind waiting a bit.We sat at the newly built bar,food was excellent! “We ordered 4 Taiyakis for only $12. Then the owner was so sweet! She offered a 5th one for free. Got our fresh Taiyakis after pager rang quickly! All flavors were great: Red bean, apple, custard cream, mango, and chocolate filling within freshly baked crunchy shells. We almost wanted to order another round if we were not on the way of leaving Little Tokyo Market. Must try again next time!

“Well, to be honest I went to pick up a meal for someone. I tried so hard to find the building but could not. I drove around a lot, then I notice a food vehicle. I saw the name of the company I was told to go to, so I jumped out and ran over to a man close to it, and he notified me that the food service vehicle he was in was where I was to pick up the food I was there to pick up for their customer. He was so very, very helpful to me that I was thankful to have stopped at the right place. I must say that the person I told I would pick it up for loved and enjoyed the food a lot. “I stopped by this taco truck after my usual taco stand wasn’t open—and I’m glad I gave it a try. I ordered the buche, carnitas, pastor, and cabeza tacos. The carnitas and cabeza were the best—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right.

I also had the carne asada fries, which were hearty and satisfying. The guacamole in the carne asada fries is seriously addictive, and their salsa, along with the pickled jalapeños and red onions, added a fresh, tangy kick.

At $2.50 per taco, the prices are reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back.

“Sooo good!! I've been to the food truck multiple times by my house and the donuts are always fresh and delicious! They have a lot of toppings to choose from so there's something for everyone. “This place is amazing, I got the mulita with chorizo and asada and it was amazing. They make their tortillas to order and the meat is seasoned to perfection. The staff are super friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Overall I would 100% recommend.“

1. The vegetables!! OMG You might not be expecting it, but the vegetables here are so delicious and they hold their own against the fish. Expect seasonal vegetables and wonderful provisions that will blow your mind.

2. This is one of the very few places where you can get locally caught bluefin sushi here in Los Angeles. Maybe one of about 3 places right now as of this review? They don't have it all the time so call ahead.

3. The berry kakigori is otherworldly good.

“Sumo taco is excellent. Quality of meat and fried cheese shell is cooked to perfection. Sauces are light but not watery with excellent flavor. The green sauce is spicier than the red. The Half & Half nachos and fries were AMAZING. Again, the quality of the meats (I loved the asada thr best) and the perfectly cooked fries and homemade chips were perfect. Nice size plate as well.“

“They have moved to Vermont and Adams. I tried the food here once on a whim and I’ve been back ever since. Their portions are great. I get the asada fries and I pay $15 but I love it so it’s worth the price!!

“This place is great and something I've been wanting to try for awhile and glad I didn't finally.

I had their barbacoa tacos guisados which was very tender and with cheese added. Their salsa bar added a lot to flavor to it and the barbacoa was very tender. Their chikali taco comes with beans and guacamole and I got it with carne asada. The asada was charred very well and seasoned very well also. The beans went well with it and were not soggy. The staff was very nice and helpful in describing what was available, popular, recommended and what they thought it should have.

There's some seating next to their shop which is convenient. Their agua frescas was very good also according to my friend. It was his favorite place so far when I took him the multiple taco joints in east LA.
