“I had a great experience at Starbucks today! The barista at the counter was incredibly polite and patient while explaining how to redeem my 500 Stars. He took the time to make sure I understood everything. The rest of the team was just as friendly and welcoming, and the store was very clean and inviting. Overall, an excellent visit! “I've visited this Starbucks several times since moving to LA and, after experiencing locations in Seattle and San Diego, I can say that there are two team members here that are the "x factor" behind every visit I have being exceptional. True and Greg go above and beyond and make every visit feel like I'm coming home for a cup of coffee and hospitality. They're the reason to come back time and time again and they elevate this starbucks ahead of other locations. I'll be back again and again thanks to how well they treat every customer. If they're not managers leading their teams then Starbucks is wasting their talent.“
“Young Hispanic guy that helped us was awesome! but his co-workers were a little loud and obnoxious yelling from behind the counter to other coworker in market about their personal life issues while the dude was making all drinks he even had to ask her to move out of his way while he's working and she was just yelling n doing nothing. So the 5 stars go to the young dude that was working today around 3pm. Thanks for my double iced shaken espresso with breve , sfvanilla and venti java chip It was perfect!“

“aleea and dream are phenomenal baristas with stellar customer service. i’m regular and i’ve never had a bad experience when those two are behind the bar. even on their busiest days they handle all customer with care. and aleea always says my drink is made with love and honesty i can taste it. 10/10“

I drive past three other Starbucks locations just to come to this one—and it’s all because of the incredible morning crew: Glenda, Camila, and Mitzi.
They are the definition of professional and personal. Every morning, they greet customers with warmth, know people by name, and handle the busy rush with grace and kindness. Their attention to detail, consistency, and joyful attitude make a huge difference in starting my day right.
Starbucks is truly lucky to have team members like these three. Thank you, Glenda, Camila, and Mitzi—you’re the reason I keep coming back!
