“wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at your Culver City location (outside fox hills mall) . I’m a frequent customer, and every time I come in I’m greeted with great energy and genuine smiles from Addie, Ashley, Julie, Natalia, and Priscilla.

It’s honestly refreshing to see how well everyone works together. You can tell they enjoy what they do and support one another, and that makes the experience better for customers. I also notice a lot of regulars who clearly have built real connections with the staff.

Erandi, the manager, really stands out. She jumps in when things get busy and leads by example, which says a lot about the culture at this store.

This location truly feels like a community. You’ve got a great team here.“

“I had a great experience at Starbucks today! The barista at the counter was incredibly polite and patient while explaining how to redeem my 500 Stars. He took the time to make sure I understood everything. The rest of the team was just as friendly and welcoming, and the store was very clean and inviting. Overall, an excellent visit! “Young Hispanic guy that helped us was awesome! but his co-workers were a little loud and obnoxious yelling from behind the counter to other coworker in market about their personal life issues while the dude was making all drinks he even had to ask her to move out of his way while he's working and she was just yelling n doing nothing. So the 5 stars go to the young dude that was working today around 3pm. Thanks for my double iced shaken espresso with breve , sfvanilla and venti java chip It was perfect!“

“aleea and dream are phenomenal baristas with stellar customer service. i’m regular and i’ve never had a bad experience when those two are behind the bar. even on their busiest days they handle all customer with care. and aleea always says my drink is made with love and honesty i can taste it. 10/10“
