It got a bit noisy after more people arrived after their dinner so we sat outside. The flan was ok, more jello style vs. egg custard. Service was nice.“

“I ordered the Brulee Thai Milk Tea with Caramel boba and it was fantastic! I normally go with fruit teas, but they didn't have that many options. I figured I'd give a milk tea try and I was not disappointed. It was very good and the foam stuff in it was even better. The drink was very good looking as well. Size felt generous for being 6-7 dollars. My usual place I pay 8 dollars and get less so this was a surprise. The caramel boba was similar to honey boba just a bit more flavored. Their texture was good and I really liked them.

Service was fast and quick. The atmosphere was good, (it wasn't busy) servers were nice and speedy. I would definitely come here again!“

“Visited a couple times over last year for both purchasing drinks and obtaining matcha powder & supplies. Sometimes there can be a longer line but generally goes by fast and they are always reliable and consistent. Located in a big plaza so plenty of parking“

“Ten Ren is hands-down my favorite boba spot in the Cupertino area, their tea tastes like tea and the flavors added are not too overwhelming. Staff are friendly and will happily help you with your order if you find there are any problems with your drink.
