“You know sometimes the stars just align. It's my birthday and Olive garden is running a free delivery promotion. I also just so happen to have a $25 gift card so I ordered myself a little something something for dinner. In my notes I asked if I could have some extra breadsticks because it was my birthday. (Because obviously we know that two breadsticks is never going to cut it.) In addition to giving me four breadsticks, they also wrote happy birthday and drew on my bag! Sometimes it's a little things in life that really mean the most. Thank you Olive Garden for making my birthday dinner awesome.“

“This is our comfort food goto place for 25+ years. It's sad to say but the quality has gone down a bit. The menu has pretty much stayed unchanged.
Favorite dish: Mushroom salad, Uni Pasta, Beef tataki, Scallop tataki, Fried calamari (it's a hit or miss), Omurice, Osso bucco (sometimes too salty), Fried prawn appetizer, Spaghetti with meat sauce.“

“My second time visiting this great establishment. Once again, the pizza and all that they serve is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I had some caprese , burata, Fior Di Latte and the Vespa Pizza along with a Limonata Rosa. Our Service Yadira was amazing and very attentive. She was very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you Yadira and all the staff at Fuoco. Definitely my favorite Pizza!!! See you soon!“

“Meet the Libation Master at Capone’s! I've been a regular at Capone’s Italian Cucina in Huntington Beach, CA for several years now—and it’s easy to see why. “This is genuinely the best Italian restaurant me and my wife have ever been to and probably the best meal we have ever had. The calamari is the best we have ever had and the side salads were amazing with the house vineagrette. The fettuccine with lobster and the chicken parmigiana were absolutely amazing. We finished with a canoli and it was the best we have ever had. The atmosphere was really nice and the service was top notch. Our waitress would refill drinks within seconds of them being even close to empty and empty dishes were picked up almost immediately. For all of this you would expect a hefty price tag but all of that food was under $85. We will 100% be going back!“

“My husband and I came to Disneyland for our anniversary. We were looking for a place near our hotel and this did not disappoint. The atmosphere was fabulous and serving staff was great. Our food was AMAZING and we had soo much. We brought food back to the hotel and they gave us plates to take with us. Definitely one of our new favorites and will be coming back when we visit“

“Truly a hidden gem. Several levels of dining space combined with the big fireplace gives the restaurant a unique ambiance. The food was superb, incredible pasta. “For the LB Food week special the appetizers were two seafood items- an oyster and a scallop served separately and beautiful. Both delicious but the oyster's drizzle of lime, cucumber, jalapeno and dotted with ikura (roe) was particularly enchanting. The scallop sauce was tangy and delish as well with a splash of chili oil. The last appetizer was a parker house roll, which was good but I prefer regular bread. But it was nicely grilled and had a nice whipped butter calabrian chili spread on the side. It was petite so no worries about it killing your appetite.
The Pappardelle pasta itself was fresh but I found the simple sundried tomatoes and garlic confit sauce a tad on the plain side. But a nice portion to share.
The tri-tip apparently was the popular selection for this menu over the swordfish which is always on the menu. Kudos to the chef that it was prepared perfectly. The heirloom tomatoes with tiny slices of pepper were a nice contrast.
The dessert was a refreshing strawberry compote (perhaps not the correct food term) but it was a nice light dairy dessert with fresh strawberries albeit it would be great with little used rhubarb.
Service was good.
Super cute place with ample patio seating. Yes, you can bring your (little) dog but be mindful that it's first come/first serve so you and your pet may have to be seated elsewhere if the dog vibes get out of hand, which is what happened last night. Luckily, Ellie's has two patio sections and everyone was happy.
Also, note, that Ellie's suggest that if you need transportation to get here, consider an Uber/Lyft. Residential parking takes up most of the immediate area. Long Beach bus #121 drops off on Ocean Blvd, which is 4 or so blocks away.“

“We hadn't been to OG in a while, and to celebrate a friend's birthday we chose there for the convenience.
The service wasn't great. Waters and sodas weren't refilled and empty plates sat on the table a long time.
The bread sticks came out cool rather than hot and fresh.
When we needed the waiter he was hard to find.
Then a new waiter took over and the old one never said goodbye.
Though the 2nd waiter wss good. We asked to take the last of our salad home and he just gave us a whole new salad to go. That was very cool.
And the chocolate birthday cake they sent over was outstanding.“

“It’s a modest place in a small strip mall that I’ve been visiting since I was a teenager. Franco’s is a good place to enjoy fine Italian food. I really enjoyed the “Franco’s Special” stuffed chicken breast. Service is great, prices are reasonable. Plenty of free parking too.“
