Dim Sum King (know as DSK :) ) is one of the best dim sum restaurants in the bay area. The service is fast and they are very nice! The restaurant feels open and is very clean. One recommendation is to order the fried shrimp ball - see photo. It is one of the best items on the menu.
Enjoyed the dim sum here, it all seemed fresh (not warmed up from frozen as dumplings often are. The pea shoots were not as tender as they could be, they were a bit more mature (ie more stalky less leafy) than I prefer them, but the sauce they came in was very nice. The pot stickers were the largest we have ever seen and had a very nice dough. The steamed shrimp dumplings were a bit plain but each had two large shrimp inside, which was a pleasant surprise as I had expected...read full review
