Kevin’s was always the go to but now I don’t go anymore. They always overcook the noodles and they don’t have a lot of protein.
I find this particular spot to be much more preferable than the Westlake location. While I've enjoyed better Pho at other establishments, what truly makes me appreciate this place is their remarkable speed, exceptional efficiency, and surprisingly affordable prices. This makes it a very convenient choice whenever I'm in need of a quick and casual dinner or lunch with friends. Unfortunately, parking is a definite challenge.
ok Vietnamese noodle house.
the floor feels and looks dirty.
it's more expensive than before.

Based on the reviews, Pho Huynh Hiep 4 - Kevin's Noodle House serves amazing pho with flavorful broth, generous portions, and friendly service. Everything tastes fresh and authentic. The #1 Large is too large to finish. For take out, the small and large portions have the same amount of noodles, so customers should only order a small. The broth is not oily and made with quality ingredients. The restaurant is a good space for families and large-ish groups of no more than 10-12 people. The floor can be a bit slick, so those with walking difficulties should check it first. Service is good, but there can be an extended wait on busy nights. The food is goated and a staple in the community. The food is excellent, and the food prices are great. The restaurant now has an automotive ordering application, and the food comes out quickly. The combo rice plate has a fish sauce chicken wing that is crispy and good, and the grilled pork is flavorful.
