“I've been to In N Out several times as a visitor their food is amazing each time way better than another burger restaurant with a red and yellow logo, the service is always good and acceptable for the amount of people in the store never have I waited more than 5 minutes for food and the prices are unbeatable especially for the west coast. I highly recommend the Daly City In N Out.“

I was there a couple days ago. I had the pleasure of being helped Derrick was working the drive through line. His level of customer service reminds me of how things used to be. He was polite, kind, and cordial. Very nice!! Stop by this location and get the best customer service. He is not the only employee that has been kind. It seems like they know how to pick 'em.“

Never have any issues with orders, people at the window aren't rude and pretty courteous. COVID Era Note: Depending on your order (guessing if it's big or pretty extensive - needs to be made) they'll ask you to drive out and park on the right hand side of the curb out of the drive-thru driveway and someone will come out to drop off your order.“
