“Dizzy bird is our favorite place to grab lunch in the Mission Viejo Mall food court. The chicken is really tasty, and we especially love their salad dressing. The potatoes are also delicious! The staff here is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It's definitely our go-to spot for a satisfying and friendly meal! But the price is a little bit expensive.“

Sirene was great at greeting us w a positive attitude, very welcoming. She was very attentive of our needs and making sure everything was to our liking. The place is very clean. Restrooms and all. However the food was very fresh and the customer service was unexpectedly good.Vegetarian options: Rice, vegetables, beans.Parking: Lots of parking in the shopping center this particular restaurant is located in.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu and smaller menu items that are well priced.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp.“

For some reason though, I keep having a problem--like more than half the time--when I order a Chick Fil A Deluxe sandwich and I do anything like switch the regular cheese to pepper jack (or even Colby Jack, today), more often than not I get a Spicy Deluxe sandwich when I pickup. I always order online so it's not a matter of mishearing my order. Hopefully this feedback helps somehow. Thanks.“
