I have used BSC&E in the past and have always been very pleased with the products, but this time the team outdid themselves. Lisa Gradillas was so pleasant to work with and throughout the entire process made suggestions on everything from the food and quantities down to the napkin color on the tables. She was a ray of sunshine and she was there to support the team that morning. She could sense the importance of the wedding and was there to make sure everything was just perfect. I've known her for 7 years and she's made homemade cupcakes for my daughters bday, a Greek themed tailgate party for an Aztecs game, lots of business party mixer food, multiple PHCC-San Diego plumbing contractor dinner meeting buffets, Kohler Manufacturing sponsored open houses, Personal dinners to-go, Breakfast Burritos for a FOX PLUMBING employee breakfast and she even makes ME breakfast every Tuesday morning with FRESH EGGS from her own chickens! If you don't give Michelle a call you'll NEVER know how talented of a chef she is!!! I forgot to mention the dairy free mac-n-cheese and cheese pizza is out of this world!!“
